Tomorrow's post. We have a good Special Teams, but I'm worried that our D will get scored on and our O will look like the first iteration of football, trying to figure out what the forward pass is. Sark's seat is warm. Hope he gets done against Florida. I'm worried. You can save that and credit me tomorrow.

Well better pack it up, there's no easy games ahead.

I'm in the wait and see approach how Arch trots out there. Maybe the Sam Houston State was what he needed to get things going. Plus you'll have all your guys back on O to help carry the load. I'm optimistic about it.

I don't know Ohio State seems like a half way decent team....We know what we have, it's a great defense.

Nah come on man, they stopped the mighty Long Island....er, I don't what they're called?

You just did exactly what he was talking about lol.

Cody Campbell is the big money guy behind Texas Tech or at least one of the two big ones. Pretty sure this is his son?

Well, you could potentially move Spence back to LB, pair him with Lefau, Smith and Barnes. If an experienced guy jumps in, I'm sure they look at it.

I'm not going to lie, I'm a big fan of the Vandy Pimp, lol.

Honestly, if you can schmooze enough, Arkansas actually has an incredible amount of money behind it for the right hire. They could be very competitive with the right hire.

You know who they should've gone after? Was the previous HC at UNLV who's now at Purdue. They held onto Pittman, too long, imo. Mullen would be a decent hire. Petrino has no chance of getting the job there, he can keep dreaming.

That would be great, tbh. If there is one thing Sam Pittman is good at, it's coaching the OL.

Petrino already acting like he owns the place, apparently fired 3 defensive assistants already.

It would be crazy to think about.

I'm hoping they get Endries more involved. That due has the chance to be a difference maker. Having both Wisner and Baxter healthy is important. But our OL needs to continue to gel. At this point, it is what it is, but there needs to be some serious discussion between Flood and Sark in the off-season as to what to do going forward. Because while they haven't been Auburn bad, they haven't been that great either. Wildly inconsistent, hot and cold, whatever you want to call it. Then again, that seems to be the theme of the O this year? Will we see things open up once SEC play starts? Does the momentum carry over from Sam Houston? Will getting Mosley into the rotation work? Will Lagway throw 5 picks to McDonald? Who knows. But I'll be up early in the morning, half asleep (likely) watching from Australia, lol.

Man, I wish he would've been apart of some better teams at Texas. If only he came a bit later. What a great player and yes he is 100% a top 10 player in the league, dude's a stud. Not to mention he was nice enough to let people get away with calling him the wrong name for many years lol.

Ah yes, I forgot about him, too.

Yeah he definitely getting that good stuff in Oregon...Holy sh*t lol.

Someone on the Longhorn Nation reddit said it would be hilarious to see him at Texas helping with the O lol.

What's crazy is Taaffe and McDonald have been playing at a high level and you still have a starting calibre S on the bench in Williams lol.

It seems in giving power to the players, we've taken all the power from the schools. I've no problem with them doing any of this. You're going out of your way to red shirt, why should you get paid? The players can't have everything working in their favor, there has to be some give and take.

So what you're saying is, get their entire OL and RB to enter the portal? Lol. In all seriousness, they played really well and got up over Florida State. I still think Florida State is good, which probably makes me weird. We'll see how they go.

I was actually one of the few who liked the hire. I'd seen what he had done at Washington and knew he could replicate that maybe even better at Texas. I was actually surprised he took the Texas job considering most people said he probably wouldn't leave Washington. Think it just showed how poorly Herman had built his roster.

They are absolutely stacking that room with studs. I'm just thinking back to 21/22 when Sark and PK first got here, they were struggling to get sacks/pressure.

I think having faith is fine, but blind faith in his development is a no go, imo.
