  3. Really impressive for the new coach to take a handful of guys from his successful North Texas team to okie state that had a terrible year last year and in game 2 top one of the top programs in college football with much deeper pockets, and a supposedly top qb pick in next years draft. hats off to them for sure but gah dang that makes Lanning and Oregon players look really bad for letting that game of all games upset them. gotta love college football
  4. Gonna be really interesting to see how Oregon responds going forward. I watched almost the entire Oregon-OKST game and the score felt a lot closer than the game was. OKST should've won by more and it was kinda surprising they didn't. Piss poor effort from Oregon players on a fair amount of plays as well. And the Oregon staff had circles coached around them. If you told me the entire program (players and staff included) went out drinking the night before in Stillwater I'd believe you because that's how bad Oregon was all around. Just bad. Really bad
  5. Can we use Psychologist, Visualization to reduce ball drop and security?? Wingo ball drop has been noted by the OSU staff! (Per OSU you tube)
  6. You look at Oregon and tOSU, and they have a series of play-ins the rest of the way. Oregon has (i) USC on the road, (ii) tOSU on the road, and (iii) Michigan at home. tOSU has (i) Indiana on the road, (ii) USC on the road, (iii) Oregon at home, and (iv) Michigan at home. Both can still get in, but you want to be the team with the better record in common games.
  7. Man all the love and attention Oregon got and how amazing their team is. To lose to Okie State is pretty pathetic. Considering all the amazing talent they have (not sarcasm, they have really good players).
  8. Maybe team cohesiveness is more valuable than a hodge podge of transfers every season. The irony is that Oklahoma State is a team full of transfers....all from one program.
  9. He deserves it's and I hope we dig a hole in death valley and bury him in it.
  10. Our win versus Ohio State somewhat overshadowed this major upset. Oklahoma State has 15 portal transfers from North Texas. In essence North Texas defeated Oregon. Think about it.
  11. They are all from Georgia to be fair
  12. That Denver offense was pretty bad last night. Sean Payton will be taking back the play calling pretty soon IMO.
  13. He is from Georgia and has followed Georgia his entire life. He will be the first to tell anybody he grew up a Georgia fan and going to Georgia games. He still criticizes them on film and gives honest feedback.
  14. The game has become less about speed and more about short area quickness. You gotta win right now. The same thing goes for reciever too,the best receivers are the 5'11" - 6'2" guys with excellent route running. Jeremiah Smith is an awesome college receiver, but just like Marvin Harrison Jr he is going to struggle in the NFL. You don't get free releases and run through zones in the NFL cause the pass rushers are just that good.
  15. I hate to be petty, but I will be - I hope Lane gets his arse handed to him in a sling. He did them dirty.
  16. His studio guys are 100% UGA homers but I don't think that Brooks is. He will take anti-Texas takes at time but that's just like your opinion, man.
  17. The Vegas line for a goalpost-carrying celebration after a massive Ole Miss victory is Over/Under 1.1 miles. The Smart Bet: Hammer the Over.
  18. I resembled that face this morning. This event has passed.
  19. Today
  20. @Jeff Howe, on a slightly different note (but relevant, TE helped blocking), how do we stand this week at TE? I know we had an injury.
  21. Great read, Jeff; spot on. I was super surprised - and excited - about D Sikorski turning out a fine performance. It's obvious that he came here to prove a point, and is doing so in fine fashion. Very proud and happy for the young man.
  22. What is your perspective as it seems you have a different one. I didn’t see a post from you on this topic. @LonghornFan4Ever
  23. Well one long TD. The pass to Coleman wouldn't have been a TD because he dived for the ball. It wasn't as bad, maybe, but he played his part in things not working either. I'm not too concerned about his numbers, those are fine either way. My problem was several times he missed guys or he didn't read the play well. Even that bad sack he took on the side line. While I was critical and all that during my time watching and posting here. I was never on the fire Sark or bench Arch talk. Either way, he finally got it going late and led his team to victory. Even more so was him not having to necessarily play hero ball, which I liked. When he stepped up, the guys around him stepped up with him.
  24. Whoever it is that is scouting for these portal guys is doing a great job.
