  1. Past hour
  2. My buddy is a huge gator fan and is excitingly texting me now. He didn’t think they would actually pull the trigger.
  3. I agree with everything you just wrote, and also think that at certain times you need a fresh set of eyes out there for a series or two at the least. Or go two-QB system to make it harder to prepare for Arch which is getting very easy for coordinators right now. Arch has been on campus for three seasons now. The play is inexcusable and the lack of fire and leadership on th sidelines and the field as the starting QB is even worse.
  4. for becoming the highest career earner in NBA history! 🤘🏼
  5. Billy Napier out as Florida HC. No surprise here. Buyout = $19.38 mil, $9.69 mil to be paid within 30 days, per CBS Sports.
  6. With a month more perspective I totally agree w you. Caldwell has been a calm, steady and productive presence every time they’ve brought him in this year.
  7. This is going to be a crazy offseason for coaching moves, assistant coaches getting recruited and portal movement. It could be the craziest offseason yet give the big name programs that are all involved the same year. Wow.
  8. You want a QB change cause that's easiest way that the offense would be fixed, in your mind. Arch needs to play better, but he's not reason we suck on offense. The sooner a lot of people come to that realization, the sooner we can look at the real problems for this team. Sark is way too arrogant in everything he's doing right now. The OL is hot garbage. We have zero game breakers at RB, zero. We always had one with Sark. Running the ball is paramout to his offensive schemes. Receivers are both too inexperienced and not talented enough. TEs are the worst they've been in the last few years. They aren't exceptional blockers and they certainly aren't athletic enough to make up for it. Sark still doesn't have a clue about what the offense does well: we have talented ENOUGH players that is just unthinkable to me that there isn't things we can't do well. Sark needed to figure it out months ago. We're complacent and we ride the emotional roller coaster every week. The guys are inexperienced and it really shows. We make stupid mistakes, after stupid mistakes, after undisciplined mistakes. I can go on. Arch gets 70 yard more in the air by hitting the easy stuff THAT HE SHOULD'VE HIT and it still really doesn't change the outlook of the game
  9. At the very least, Caldwell gives a fresh look to the defense and may get throw them off a bit. If even just to give Arch a break from getting pummeled play after play. Particularly if it is causing UTEP Arch tendencies to come back. All hands on deck.
  10. As Al Davis said, just win baby.
  11. And some complain when others say that things still happen during the season with coaches being let go and impacting teams and recruiting. I’m impressed that Napier lasted this long, he wasn’t a fit from the start.
  12. Looking at how UCLA, Arkansas, and Penn State have played since letting their head coaches walk, they might get a nice boost in performance this upcoming game against rival Georgia, not sure it will be enough to pull the upset.
  13. Norvell as well.
  14. Is about to get the pink slip. As soon as later today https://www.facebook.com/share/p/14L7W2W1MVM/?mibextid=wwXIfr
  15. I know a HC that I would really recommend for the job....He also wears a shade of orange sometime too!
  16. Yeah we're winning the SEC with Caldwell or Lacy... give me a break please. Nothing's working on offense, and this is Sark's baby. It's on Sark. Benching him would be career suicide because it's just a stupid move. You don't change the trajectory of this year's team and you hinder you relationship with a QB that is getting hardly any help and all the blame for the offense mishaps. Face it guys: we don't a worthy, a mithcell, a golden, a jaydon blue, a bijan robinson, a banks or any veteran player besides moore and campbell. Sark screwed it up in the portal and we're in a rebuild year when we shouldn't have been. This first year should for Arch should've been the year where he's got THE MOST help around him, not the least in his tenure at Texas.

  18. A little over a month ago and this question still applies. The second half of the season is at stake. Are we going to just let the wheels completely fall off before breaking the glass on even a Co-QB system like Urban did with Leak and Tebow? They won a natty doing that. Staying the course without any changes whatsoever is looking like it’s putting the player ahead of the team to these eyes.
  19. Today
  20. I’m not saying Herman would have done exactly the same, and he had his issues. The point is context: Herman didn’t have NIL, the transfer portal, or the ability to plug roster gaps with experienced players, the difference these aspects make is massive. Denying that would be ignoring how much modern tools can change a program’s trajectory, especially Texas. Sark has had all of these advantages, yet five seasons in, the offense is still predictable, QBs are underdeveloped, and the team has no identity. That’s not opinion, it’s observable evidence on tape, in stats, and in outcomes.
  21. Man I wish I was on message boards during the strong years so I could see how insane our fanbase was
  22. Sark is in charge of getting all of it fixed. I hope he does.
  23. Herman definitely never had a $30mm roster to work with.
  24. You’re the winner IMO. Pls send me a direct message.
