Usually judges rule from the bench on a TRO on whether the plaintiff has a substantial likelihood of success. After that they move to a preliminary injunction phase where witnesses can testify. That has to be held 14 days after the TRO is granted. If its not granted, that usually means the judge is not going to grant the injunction.

Yep, you are right. I do a little rounding at this point but will change that. For golf, even though match play is a bracket they treat it like a tie. If you add up the points for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th, divide by 4 you get 72.75. For 3rd and 4th, 82.5. In true bracket scoring you are awarded 73 and 83 points.

I'm sure a lot will be discussed here, but Teagan Kavan was amazing. The tying run for Tennessee never, ever came to the plate after Texas went up 3-0 in the bottom of the 3rd.

So sweet. I listened to almost all of the Softball America and DI Softball podcasts since the playoffs started. They all talked up everyone except Texas. Even this weekend it was, "oh yeah, Texas is also playing". And yet, here we are. Again.
