  1. Past hour
  2. Yes, message boards serious business with life or death consequences, superstar.
  3. I’ll let you keep digging your grave.
  4. Sad this topic is even a conversation right now…
  5. And no one said 100% is on Arch, as you managed to claim even after your heartfelt apology. Keep balling out, superstar.
  6. Goosby misses a block? Oh, my!
  7. If you took the time to read you see I apologized for saying you put 100% of the blame on arch. There is some blame on Sark but only for not benching arch. Good try though toots.
  8. Oh, my. Someone failed middle school vocabulary. Superstar thinks brunt translates to 100%.
  9. I asked for data, and you brought up Bobby and called me a troll. 😂 For someone so bothered by me, you sure keep tabs. Now, 3.15 seconds. Where’s the national ranking? And you do realize a season average doesn’t disprove a clip of immediate pressure, right? Nice try at a gotcha.
  10. Currently sitting at 4-2 with wins over Ohio State and Tennessee, with losses to 3-3 OU and 5-2 Florida. Remaining games: vs Ole Miss ---Bad defense, gonna have to score some points most likely vs Miss. St. ---If Kamario Taylor is out, this game becomes exponentially easier. @ Mizzou ---Hard to predict if the team that smoked Florida and A&M shows up or the team that got smoked by Ole Miss/lost to Miss. St. shows up @ LSU ---Not confident at all vs Arkansas ---Only 99%+ confidence game @ A&M ---Like OU, will we be the only game they look competent in? Generally, feel like we should have a very good chance against Miss. State, especially if Kamario Taylor is out. Arkansas is a win, otherwise there will be no coaches left. Those are the only two remaining games on the schedule that seem like there is a 80%+ of winning. If the team plays well on Saturday, I like their chances of at least 8-4. If they play poorly again on Saturday, we could be staring 7-5 or 6-6 directly in the face.
  11. Never said that either, ace. But keep misquoting folks to make your pathetic points. Pot, meet kettle!
  12. My bad. You do place some blame on Sark but only because he didn’t bench Arch. His scheme and playcalling have been perfect.
  13. Well, that escalated quickly. 😂 You could’ve just said your cousin played for Augie. Instead, you went straight to name calling. Apparently the firsthand knowledge skipped a generation.
  14. They can cut off funding and he can lose his recruiting class.
  15. Well, that one stung. Again. The underdogs had a weekend across the whole conference. Five of the seven underdogs on the Mayo board won outright: Florida, Auburn (+20.5 at Georgia!), Tennessee, Arkansas and Kentucky. 76% of the board took Alabama -8.5 and the Vols won by 16. The one thing the board got right: 76% took Kentucky +6.5, and Kentucky didn't need the points. Congrats to @Alex Butler, who Holds the Mayo after going 5-2 in Week 7. @Jordan Scruggs also went 5-2, but Alex's picks were in first. Week 8 is open. Six SEC games against the spread, best record Holds the Mayo, ties go to whoever picked first: LSU (-8.5) at Auburn, 11:00 AM CT Texas A&M at Alabama (-14.5), 2:30 PM CT Tennessee at South Carolina (-2.5), 2:30 PM CT Oklahoma (-4.5) at Mississippi State, 2:30 PM CT Vanderbilt at Kentucky (-11.5), 6:30 PM CT Ole Miss at Texas (-3.5), 6:30 PM CT The pick for each game locks at its own kickoff, and you can change your picks any time between now and then without losing your place in line. So after last week, which underdog wins outright this time? Ole Miss just beat Missouri 31-3 and Texas is only laying 3.5 at home, and I'm obviously nervous about that one. Tennessee getting points against South Carolina after what they did to Bama seems off to me. Let's get back on track Saturday night. stance.fm/mayo Hook 'em! 🤘
  16. Who says it’s “100% on Arch”? This works both ways, superstar.
  17. Did James Simon forget how to play running back or something?
  18. My Dad got me interested in L’amour books as a young kid. He had everyone of them. He built bookshelves just to hold his L’amour books. He said when you open the page of a L’amour book you can smell the gunpowder and horse chips 😃😃. Lots of good western writers out there. The Johnstone’s, Elmer Kelton is really good.
  19. There's no time like the present, but I think Sark rides with Arch. Now it's up to the team to pick up their play, and stop the bleeding.
  20. I’ll always throw in Lonesome Dove if you haven’t read it. The prequel “Dead Man’s Walk” is very good too.
  21. Currently reading Mona's Eyes. Daughter recommended it. Interesting set up so far.
  22. I've enjoyed SC Gwynn's books
  23. The difference in blitz performance between Chambliss and Arch is wild. Also, may God help us containing echols
  24. Kelvin came in to Texas as a 5* recruit and arguably the bear oline prospect in the country. While he did very well the question is did he exceed expectations or did he finish his college career where you thought it should be?? Same class Texas also got Campbell. Another 5* guy. So the question is did Kelvin finish where he should have or in spite of?
  25. Parrot? The majority of you fools are putting 100% of the blame on Arch because a mod and a washed up Sark groupie QB told you, but I’m the one parroting. My gawd did you see what Max Browne said!?!?!?
  26. My genre is history. Just finished Fehrenbach's Lone Star, the best Texas History book out there in my opinion. I read this once before about 20 years ago and thought it was worth a re-read. I don't dabble too much into fiction, but I have been known to lose myself in a Louis L'amour western and some Cormac McCarthy novel. Another guilty pleasure is reading firsthand narratives from history. Civil War journals, Roman and Greek writings, etc,.. Always open to suggetions
