Transfer portal bound 🤦🏽‍♂️

3 carries for 42 yards, averaging 14 yards per touch, breaking off a 37-yard run to help close out the gameppl

That’s been in the back of my mind for a couple of weeks that he could be in the dog house.

whoof we only had 280 total yards

As long as Sark’s in charge, Texas will keep winning the offseason and losing when it matters.

Offense and offensive line are worse than last year, and that’s a problem in and of itself. Sarks refusal to fire flood might be his downfall

I’ll pass this along to both of them!

That one we can't replace. Having hard time seeing us beating Missou and LSU . Hope I am wrong. This year , anything can happen.

I saw a stat where we gave up 23 sacks last year in a full season and have already given up 24 through 8 games? How is it we fired PK (who wasn't terrible in his own right) so Sark could focus on the O and this is the product we get? He apparently upgraded the talent and yet it's worse across the board. Sounds like Sark isn't as great as he thinks he is or what...who knows. Anyone expecting changes is going to be seriously disappointed. He truly believes his scheme is great and that it should be run how he wants it. Even when he does things that work, he goes straight back to what doesn't. It's the most baffling stuff you'll ever see. There is no fix for this during the season and there will be no fix for it in the off season. If Sark won't recognize it himself then it's never going to matter who points it out because he dismisses it all the time. Plus he's said numerous times he won't give it up and that's why he was brought to Texas.

Because nobody would fill the stadium.

I wouldn’t compare us to that OSU team. That team had a better QB, run game, wr’s and better oline than us. Not to also mention they had chip kelly as oc and we don’t have anyone close to that at all

???????????????????

For having good carries against OU?

SEC play ... Tenn - 13 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 sack, 1 QBH OU - 12 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 PBU Florida - 7 tackles, 1 QBH, 1 PBU Ole Miss - 4 tackes, 4 QBH, 2 PBU, 1 INT Miss State - 8 tackles, 4 TFL, 3 sacks, 2 FF 5 games: 44 tackles, 8 TFL, 4 sacks, 1 INT, 6 QBH, 4 PBU and 2 FF

Agree, injured on Arch’s scramble. He definitely looked like he’d missed time and was learning the offense all over again. Much worse too, it’s literally the last thing anyone thought would happen. Yet here we are, 8 games in with a historically…bad offense. We’ve now given up more sacks in 8 games that we did in 13 last season. It’s quite impressive how committed to under achieving Sark and co have been. We talk about complementary football and the defense didn’t get the memo that they meant complementarily AWFUL. Thats what it seems like watching tbh. We’ve lost half of our secondary in this game and the best player in the country and ther just go and churn out a 186 yard performance with a score and gave up 3 points, which were earned off an offensive turnover in scoring position.

i hated to see smothers go out again, but he was running like he was blindfolded. i don’t understand why sark didn’t just stay with the hot hand.

Dudes gunna scare off the monsters before he has to slay them.

No need to irritate a nagging injury in a game like this. I bet we see more of him going forward, especially with Smothers getting re-injured tonight.

Not injured. But he’s had a nagging injury.

Cooper practiced fully Tuesday and Wednesday and didn’t appear on the injury report. I don’t believe he’s injured.
