A unanimous All-American, he finished his career with 188 tackles, seven interceptions and 57 pass breakups, and then went No. 5 overall in the 2002 NFL Draft. Quan Cosby totaled 212 catches for 2,598 yards and 19 touchdowns. He delivered one of the biggest plays of his career with the game-winning touchdown against Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl and the decleating block against Oklahoma in 2008. Quandre Diggs also belongs after putting together 241 tackles, 11 interceptions and 37 pass breakups. He earned three All-Big 12 selections and was named Big 12 Defensive Freshman of the Year. Then there’s Randy McEachern, whose numbers came from a different era but whose impact is still a major part of Texas history. He went 13-4 as a starter and helped guide the Longhorns to an 11-0 regular season and the No. 1 ranking in 1977. Devin Duvernay rounds out the group with 176 career receptions for 2,468 yards and 16 touchdowns. His 2019 season was huge, finishing with 106 catches and 1,386 receiving yards.
