If OSU blows the doors off Indiana, it’ll be such bs when the committee puts ND in over us. I’m thinking Miami and ND are in with the results of the Big 12/SEC title games today

Texas getting no mention is crazy. Georgia is going to be #2 and Ohio St is going to be #1. You're telling me a team with losses to 1 and 2 and 3 other top 10 wins isnt worthy of discussion??

Alabama lost late in the season AT HOME to a team we beat so badly they didn’t even score a touchdown.

Hell they haven’t scored a TD against us in over 2 years and 3 out of the last 4!!!

After watching that I’m glad we don’t play uga anytime soon😭😭

I want Georgia again. Texas played them fine until the 4th down & onside kick. Kirby knew that game was about to get hard for him and he took his shot.

I get the thought that these blow outs make us look better, but we need to go from 13 to 10 to get in. How is it possible even if we jump Bama and BYU?

By my math,  at best we're the 1st team out.

It’ll come down to ND- Bama even tho it should be ND-Texas. We’re gonna end up either being the first or second team out unfortunately. Had we been ranked ahead of BYU last week, we’d probably sneak in.

Alright..2 more scores for Georgia would've been helpful but still 21 point deficit.

If OU is allowed to stay in would be ridiculous, in their final 4 games they scored 24 points. Texas scored 28. I'd rather see Miami and BYU stay in than OU. (I'd rather see a rotten pile of bananas than OU) Fighting for 6 spots to put in a low rank ACC/G5 conference champ is insulting to teams that were top 12. Participation awards really ruin the playoffs.

Heather Dinich said Alabama gets credit for beating the SEC champ. Can't make this stuff up

Her recent arguments / opinions are very weak and make me think she’s getting them from the committee to warm the discussion thread before the committee puts out the same drivel.

So let me get this straight. Texas has losses to the 2 best teams in the country. Teams no one has been able to beat. So they have to go perfect the rest of the way to have a chance?

They play 3 more top 10 teams and get wins in dominant fashion in all 3.  An early season loss at Florida is the only true blemish.

This team is not even under consideration. Absolute joke.

Bama has one more win.
ND & Miami only have 2 losses.

Texas lost to a 4 win team and is most likely playing in a bowl game.

Miami and ND only have 2 losses due to an easy schedule.  UT is 3-2 vs the top 15 with the only losses to #1 Ohio State and #2 Georgia.  UT beat Aggie at home ND lost to Aggie.  Miami beat ND.  Miami and UT should get in but I think the committee will put in both Miami and ND to avoid the discussion on those 2.

If the committee really cared about criteria it claims to care about, they’d note that Bama looked terrible down the stretch. They lost at home to OU, barely beat a horrible Auburn team, and got destroyed by Georgia. Meanwhile, we stomped Arkie and A&M. Who passed the eye test down the stretch? Who finished stronger?

Silliness. 2 entirely differently teams at this point in the season. Georgia is much better and rolling. Alabama has regressed & looked clearly over matched today. Texas to the playoff!! 🤣
