No. Texas recruited him hard out of high school, but he chose Florida instead. Then transferred to ole Miss a couple seasons ago.  Really good player.  I was disappointed when he chose Florida over us initially.  Would be pretty sweet to have him finish here.

It's not my money so Im all for bringing in everybody that can help. My question would be is this a luxury pickup and not so much a need. For instance if you put up the money for another pass rusher and it took away from paying an O lineman that I would think is more of a need is that still a net positive? Sure if you keep the other team from scoring it means our O doesn't need to score as much but I want a run game and to keep Arch upright next season. Maybe I foolishly have faith in the defensive pieces we have.

Very good pash rusher but also a pretty decent run stopper/edge setter. Would rather pay for him than Damion Wilson(don’t really want him).
