Plane owned by Texas Law Firm Arnold & Itkin has crashed in Maine after take off but also noted that plane could have been chartered out by someone else. These guys have had many interviews with Texas players. Praying everyone is safe but also read local reports saying no survivors.

It was a wives trip. 3 crew 5 passengers. 7 fatalities. A terrible tragedy. I just can’t believe a pilot would try and fly in those conditions

Done it many times out of the upper midwest.  You are relying on visibility minimums, the runway being cleared, and your lifting surfaces being deiced.  It's safe if you and the airport are following established procedures.  Unfortunately, we are probably going to find out that wasn't the case.

I would just feel very uneasy in a small aircraft, given the darkness and the fact it was in the middle of a snow storm with extremely visibility.

According to many pilots, the conditions weren't unflyable. The plane had flown into Bangor that same night.
