I just saw this story on the ESPN YouTube page and I stopped, double clutched, and went back and read it carefully. Gerry has been mentioning this subject on Coffee and Football... but just in a "what if" sorta way. Well, it didn't take long! I guess the NBA was a bit more challenging than was expected...so now this player thinks he needs to repeat the third grade...or whatever. As college sports eligibility becomes more of a case by case matter, it's going to be interesting to see how long it goes until the NCAA comes up with some rules...or if eligibility becomes a Case Law matter for the Courts to decide. Geez. Quote
