Huskie1 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Happy Birthday! Keep moving, active, and young at heart. Had an uncle that lived to 101. At 99, I caught him on the roof fixing a leak. Hope I get those genes! 3 Quote

Can you give me some advice on aging gracefully...? 🤘🏿 My best advice is to work as hard as you can for the next eight years, (Up to 50 hours a week.) to get your life where you want it to be financially, because after age 55, many people do not have the same health as they did when they were younger, and it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain the same amount of income if your health is not as good as it once was. At the same time, no one is guaranteed tomorrow, so I recommend taking time for yourself and your family. For example, go to as many Texas games with your family and friends as you can! I find it to be rejuvenating. Hook'em! 🤘🤠 🇨🇱 2 Quote
Longhorngreg Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago At 47 I was still playing city league basketball with the likes of Freddie Williams and against Joey Wright. I will be 60 in a couple of months and while my joints and knees hurt a bit more, I am still extremely active. Embrace these times 1 Quote
