His wife Ciara was born in Fort Hood (her dad was in the Army), but not sure if that’s the connection or not? It doesn’t look like she grew up in Texas though

That's not Russell Wilsons biological kid. The rapper Future is that kids dad, and the kids name is Future Zahir Wilburn Wilson.  Russell has just been with his wife since the kid was very little so he claims him as his own son.
