Burke’s issue is he’s too much of a tweener. Not a true edge. Might work with a team running a lot of 3-4, but few come to mind.

I'd argue the NFL is more conducive to a run setting edge than CFB. It's probably his perceived lack of athleticism that's hurting him, but he should have some options as an UDFA.

I'm convinced that some of these front office folks don't actually watch college football games.

I could be wrong, but I never watched Morton play quarterback and thought I was watching someone with NFL qualities.
