after watching that Geogia fan on TV, giving the horns-down, i knew we were going to win this game

Yep - if Texas wins tomorrow, it will be Mike White’s first conference tournament championship as a head coach.

Oregon never had a Pac‑12 softball tournament during his tenure, so he literally had zero chances to win one there. So this would be his first.

Honestly, I just hope Earleywine didn’t tinker with her too much this year. Atwood’s swing looks different - not necessarily better -- and the results show it. Even when she barrels balls up like she did vs Georgia, the overall mechanics still look off.

Her batting has been inconsistent since getting hit in face in the tournament at Sanford.

My guess is he'll go with one of the other pitchers and bring Kavan in if needed.  The softball throwing motion allows repeated use, though the arm does get tired, it's not like baseball where you need multiple days rest to be effective.

Right but she has thrown for two days each around a 100. She has a little left in the tank, maybe 2 innings. I think last year we saw the Tech gal throw so much in the playoffs  she did finally play out against us.

So instead she throws a complete game. Going to need that stamina as we move forward .
