Zak Kern Posted February 9, 2024 Posted February 9, 2024 Hi Longhorn nation! Drop your Longhorn memorabilia in the thread here. I'm 27 so just getting started, but I'll start. Acquired some new ones between the two images but, A Ricky signed jersey with "HT 98" and a VY signed jersey. I've got the Colt Mccoy signed picture as well. The 3 frames on the wall were sent by the University after I wrote them a letter in grade school for a school project! 2 of them are trading cards maybe? that I just kept together and framed and the other is a picture with the entire 2009 team, signed by all the players. Feel grateful and lucky to acquire these, thank you for sharing below! 7 Quote
Chioubaccalovin Posted February 9, 2024 Posted February 9, 2024 I have a set of the Olympic weights from the football team in my home gym. The orange ones are from Mac Brown era. The chrome weights went into the weight room in Mac’s last year, and are still being used today. 11 1 Quote

Moderators Blake Munroe Posted February 9, 2024 Moderators Posted February 9, 2024 Here’s a very small portion of mine. This is stuff yall see daily on Coffee and Football, but an up close view. Autographed by this year’s team: Limas Sweed, Nate Jones, Billy Pittman Rodney Terry autographed basketball at the top. The Baseball at bottom left is autographed by Augie and the 2011 CWS team. Drew Stubbs autographed the top middle ball. Autographed by 2007 football team. Self explanatory on these: Some graded autographed cards. The Worthy is a /25. My fav is beside it, the dual Early/Ricky autograph. More cards. Both they only made 10 of. I own 2 of the 10 of Sanders. Only one Quinn, however. 10 Quote

That's my favorite autographed ball. Also, I accidentally was trying to edit my post and instead nearly edited yours lol oops! But my edit was that there's a Drew Stubbs autographed ball in the top middle. 2 Quote
Moderators Blake Munroe Posted July 29, 2024 Moderators Posted July 29, 2024 Doesn’t have to be Longhorns related, but what’s the coolest piece of sports memorabilia you own? I figure some of you guys (or gals) have to have some pretty sweet stuff. I’ll start. I have a ton, but this might be my crown jewel. This isn’t a print. This is authenticated and signed by: Willie Mays, Reggie Jackson, Hank Aaron, Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, Willie McCovey, Mike Schmidt, Harmon Killebrew, Ernie Banks, Frank Robinson and Eddie Mathews. 13 Quote
Moderators Blake Munroe Posted July 29, 2024 Moderators Posted July 29, 2024 My middle son and I were watching King of Collectibles on Netflix and it inspired this thread. If you’re a sports fan in general, I’d highly recommend it. 5 Quote
dentonhorn Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 Probably the baseball signed by Pete Rose. 2 Quote
Chinadoll10 Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 I have zero sports memorabilia but have always wanted a wall of signed longhorn jerseys. A qb wall of colt, Vince, Quinn, and arch would be a nice start. Quote
AndyLufkin Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 I kept a full scorecard in the cheap seats at Randy Johnson’s perfect game in Atlanta. I think I still have that somewhere (along with my game ticket). It was actually the second perfect game I got to see, after Kenny Rogers’ in Arlington. Quote

That is crazy. I'd be afraid to put it on the wall, but I guess it's not worth anything if you can't share it. Quote
TexasDeathStar Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 I have a wall in my man cave with framed football jerseys signed by the following. Earl Campbell, Vince young, Colt McCoy, Bijan Robinson, Roschon Johnson, Xavier Worthy, and Quinn. 1 Quote
TexasDeathStar Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 If @Gerry Hamilton @Bobby Burton and @CJ Vogel keep up the good work I’ll get theirs on the wall next. Maybe even a @Blake Munroe bobble head 😂 Quote

That is SWEEEEEEEETTTT!! No memorabilia for me really. My wife gave me a ball with my 2 month old son’s hand print on it for Father’s Day this year 🥺. I also have my first glove that I bought at Rooster Andrews in 1989 that was signed by Roger Luce, he was my hero along with Brooks Kieschnick, Clay King, Kirk Dressendorfer, Shane Reynolds, and Scottie Bryant in that era!! 1 Quote
TylerHornFan Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 (edited) I have a signed jersey from Earl that is personalized to me. I live in Tyler and my father-in-law is close with him! I have it stored in my parents house until I get my man cave together eventually. Edited July 29, 2024 by TylerHornFan Quote
Paul Jespersen Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 Not sure it’s so cool to anyone but me, but I have my GOAT wall, with signed 8.5 x 11s… My 3 favorite players of all time, all wore #34 for a Houston team… 🤘 2 Quote
GPW Horn Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 Picked this up for $20 at a flea market in Jersey Village back in the 90s (wasn’t framed). 3 Quote

You can send that it to JSA to validate all the signatures are the original signatures. I am sure they are real, but they do offer that service if you want it. Quote

I have seen Ricky Williams there too. Vince has been there, but sometimes he doesn’t show up 1 Quote
