All it did was a) kick the can down the road, and b) give the NCAA safe harbor from further suits.

Well, it sounds like there’s some folks finally coming up with similar thoughts one year in.

Agreed. I think the train is moving fast now on leaving the NCAA and breaking away.

NCAA has been a toothless joke for years.  There has been no attempt at putting guard rails on any of this until the time was already passed.  NCAA still has training wheels and the only adults in the room are the commisiiners less yormark.

Whatever happened to the NCAA 's David Berst?!

He was the NCAA Enforcement Director who was seen perspiring at the Press Conference before taking the stage to announce the "Death Penalty" against $MU for paying players back in the day.

It’s the federal government, which is a complete waste of time.
