Sanya Richards-Ross needs to be added ... Won a natty in the 400 and 4x400 then went on to win 4 olympic golds across 3 olympiads.

If I had to make a rushmore of female UT athletes it's probably Cat Osterman, Teagan Kavan, Sanya Richards-Ross, Maddie Skinner

Can't disagree with this.

Funny enough I took her off the list because she only competed 2 years and didn’t have near the ncaa hardware that Guidry and Alfred did. Of course when you add post UT success she is a much more compelling argument though the others were Olympic gold medalists as well

Good list IMO.

For the volleyball folks, is Skinner the best ever at Texas?

In terms of hardware yes and she’s definitely in the top 3 if she’s not.  So many great players have come through.  Names include Haley Eckerman, Logan Eggleston, and I’m starting a blank on a player from earlier in Texas’ history that dominated at multiple positions.

You gotta have sonya richards ross on the mount rushmore

She is the most famous, but turned pro early and didn’t have the hardware that the others did. Guidry had:

12 NCAA championships — the most by any Texas woman and three more than any other woman in NCAA history

6 NCAA indoor individual titles, still the most ever by a woman

17 Southwest Conference titles and 23 All‑America honors

I get the richards-Ross love.  If you add in Olympics she now is clearly Mount Rushmore for overall athletes, possibly even including male.

You make an important point, would the Mt. Rushmore be specifically what they did at Texas, or what they did for their entire career?  Because that greatly would affect rankings for some.
