I can tell a lot of you don't like Paxton, and none of you like Texas Tech, but the truth still matters. A judge made his ruling in favor of a state entity. The AG is protecting the interests of the state entity. I personally think the Judge's ruling is insane, but that is not the point here. The NCAA has appealed. I think they will win in court making Paxton's letter a moot point. No matter what happens, Texas Tech has turned this into a PR nigthmare and they have tarnished their reputation for a generation.
