Jc Dobbs Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago The Big XII, under the leadership of the great Yormark, should reply "Bring It." By so doing, they would force the Tech administration to even more prominently establish their position standing alone against the traditional ethics and practices of college sports. Disgraceful. Bobbers Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I did not realize that Paxton is doing his job. The Attorney General is representing Texas Tech, which is a state university . Paxton would do the same thing for the University of Texas if the same thing were happening to the UT quarterback. 2 1 Quote

How exactly would a conference using its bylaws to sanction Tech run afoul of any state law? It's just a naked shakedown and another abuse of power - which our esteemed AG has a long and documented history. Edited 1 hour ago by horns96 Quote
