i have a buddy who is dead set that even if the federal court overturns the baton rouge ruling that LSU would play the guys and say "we are following a state judge ruling"

 

i was like yeah go ahead and go to colorado and bring some of the THC extract into Texas. and then when you get charged with a felony, try and tell Texas that you were following Colorado law.

Saw this today as LSU and Kiffin and others  were hit with federal summonses . It says they have 21 days to reply. So any thought that the Federal Court would rule quickly seems unlikely. Sure LSU will take the full 3 weeks ha! But who knows what the hell Courts will do. Just saw that article and hadn't heard much about it.

So are they in contempt now?  Should the game officials today penalize LSU for unsportsmanlike conduct for failing to comply with the TRO?  What conference are the officials from?  SEC officials and non-SEC officials may have a very different way of officiating the game.
