Moderators CJ Vogel Posted 51 minutes ago Moderators Posted 51 minutes ago I don't think Wisner has seen a snap this entire game. 1 Quote
Moderators CJ Vogel Posted 49 minutes ago Moderators Posted 49 minutes ago It's rather ridiculous how little faith FSU has in the QB. Play calling like it's 1940 and the forward pass is still a foreign concept Quote
SuperDave0805 Posted 44 minutes ago Posted 44 minutes ago We need to start recruiting backs like Kormah Quote

Dallas Horns Fan Posted 40 minutes ago Posted 40 minutes ago This game is really an indictment on Wisner's ceiling (or lack thereof)......amazing that he ran for 1000 yards in the SEC and is 3rd team on an ACC also ran... 2 Quote

Moderators CJ Vogel Posted 31 minutes ago Moderators Posted 31 minutes ago Especially when considering Christian Clark and CJ Baxter aren't sure-fire starters either. Baxter had 9 att. for 48 yards and 2 TD in the opener for Kentucky, however. Jason Patterson (UK RB #26) ran for 78 yards on 11 att. Quote

Yep, not sold on the guys we got now either. At some point this year, we’ll need 2/3 yards and won’t have the back that can fight through contact and get it. Would almost like to see Townsend and Terry/Cooper lined up in the I-form in that situation. Quote

SuperDave0805 Posted 25 minutes ago Posted 25 minutes ago FSU offensive system is rudimentary at best Quote

Problem the last couple years has been the offensive lines failures more then the RBs in that situation Quote

Not saying he’s not good for what sark likes to call, but he’s not a between the tackle back. We haven’t had one of those in a while. I hope cooper ends up being that guy. Quote

westx Posted 9 minutes ago Posted 9 minutes ago SMU keeps overrunning the pass rush on losing contain. How many times will this continue. Reminds me of Manny _iaz defenses against BYU. Quote
HonkEm Posted 5 minutes ago Posted 5 minutes ago (edited) I have no idea why this board suddenly decided Tre Wisner is the NCAA’s Official Running Back Quality Inspector. The man doesn’t get a snap at FSU and half of y’all are acting like the football gods just sent down a stone tablet saying TEXAS RB ROOM BAD. Last year our RB situation was basically a medical drama. Wisner got carries because he was the only dude left who didn’t need an MRI to walk to the huddle. That’s it. He wasn’t RB1, he was RB Available. And now FSU doesn’t play him, and suddenly we’re diagnosing the entire Texas RB room like we’re running a clinic? FSU’s offense is so basic they could run it out of a Highlights magazine. Their RB rotation is literally ‘whoever the OC remembers exists.' let’s all freak out because Tre Wisner didn’t get a carry in Tallahassee. At this rate someone’s gonna claim his lack of snaps means Sark can’t develop tight ends. Edited 4 minutes ago by HonkEm Quote

Cooper will be the bigger back when healthy as well. But for context: Frazier is 5’10 205 Isaac Brown is 5’9 190 Lacy is 5’10 205 Not every RB1 is built like Baugh or Fletcher Quote
