If you fire Sark, who is a clear upgrade that's realistic to replace him? We could easily hire another Herman/Strong/Venables type and actually sink the program for several years if you make a stupid move. It still doesn't solve the core problem in that we aren't talented enough to take down the top programs.

I am glad I watched this from home and did not pay them outrageous ticket prices for us to have 2 turn overs in the first 4 offensive plays and Arch throw for 60yrds in a half of football. It is just one of them games where nothing goes your way.

This is tough and Sark absolutely needs an OC, but he’s not the problem. He can’t go out there and catch the wide open passes or cover #4. Arch has actually been pretty good minus like 3 plays. The defense has been on the field way too much and we had nightmare start and end to the half. There is easily a 17 point swing our way on dropped passes and turnovers. All I can say is this game does not define the season. And if you’re in the stand I hope you leave without a voice or energy for 6th! Texas fight!
