hes clearly seeing the field well and had some great throws. problem is blitz pickup and being able to adjust protection/get to a hot route. fix that and well be humming.

 He is seeing the field much better than I thought. Sark put Arch in some terrible spots. The long developing routes were boneheaded on his part. Arch did miss a wide-open slant to Mosely, but other than that, he was muuuuch better than I thought. Sark simply was out-coached.

After 6 years of Sark’s offense, does he have anything other than long developing routes and a checkdown in his route schemes?

What's weird, is that he seems to use less orbit motion that he used to. It seemed like that was a staple of his offense that would essentially pull guys open for quick outs/hitches, but it's being used less and less. Or at least to me it seems like it has.

I really hope sark uses this bye week to show advantage to figure out a offensive identity because at some point our defense is NOT going to be able to bail us out and we will need to score 20-30 points

No. I stand on this in saying we need an offensive coordinator. We see Indiana. They won a Natty last year. They have an offense with an identity. Florida, year one... and an offense with an identity. It's not Arch; it's not our O-line... It's our OC. Time for a change. Sark needs to be pressed on this.

Sark seems like a coach without any accountability... How Mack Brown listened to DKR, it seems no one is in his ear, or he refuses to listen. We will not win it all until he pivots.

I don't think you can find a single head coach in the Texas athletics department who would say they work for Chris Del Conte without any accountability.

Sark was on record saying that they’d worked on that specifically so I’m not certain that was particular freedom given to the QB.  Also compare that to ASU having 13 games of tape with which to work versus Tennessee and a new DC with only 3 games.  And likely none of those 3 provided exactly the insight we needed.

So who knows how much leash is given.

It seems to me that Sark would rather leave for the NFL than hire an OC. He’s been very adamant that he came here to call the plays.

Also, all you Wingo haters can suck it. He's been money this year and is a baller. Hands waaaay better than last year, blocks like a fiend, and great teammate and culture guy as far as anyone can tell. He's had one bad drop and that screwy (illegal) onsides kick. He's having a great year imo.

wingo has been WR1 for sure. i think there is a convo to be had about coleman getting very little separation in man coverage. can arch do better at throwing him open? yes. but wingo/mosley/bishop all seem better at creating separation which is crazy to say
