So just curious… what will you do when all 3 say no?

What will I do? Nothing, because I’m not in charge. What a stupid ass question.

WILL STEIN

Will see how he does tonight. Like him but would have to be nuts to take Texas job. Have to never lose or our fairweather fan base wants you gone.

There are only 2 head coaches in college I’d go for over Sark. Freeman and Kirby and they have no reason to come here.

I can think of about 20 right now and Cignetti would be at the top of my list.

I know, but would you rather have a guy who consistently wins SEC championships or what we have right now?

Kirby great coach but is got fan base in Georgia that knows you don't win them all. Our fan base wants you fired if you do not win them all.

Um. Lanning just lost to an Ok State team that lost to Tulsa and then followed it up with a home loss against UCLA. He also hasn’t gone to two CFO semifinals like Sark has despite an elite roster. Not sure you’d want to have him on your list.

I think we’re agreeing lol I’m saying Lanning’s resume isn’t more impressive than Sark’s

Kirby Smart played for a national championship in year 2, won his first in year 6, and won another in year 7. All while having to go through Nick Saban prime Alabama. By comparison, Sark is in year 6 at Texas with zero national championship appearances, zero national titles, and is coming off a season where he couldn’t even make a 12-team playoff. Now he’s sitting at 4–2 and in danger of missing it again.

Kirby established a championship standard at Georgia. Sark hasn’t come close to matching those accomplishments at Texas. If Sark had produced these same results at Georgia, I seriously doubt he’d still be coaching there.

Sark will be back for another season, but if we have the same type of season next year

1. Will CDC fire Sark?

2. Would we give Jeff Traylor a chance?

I know he doesn't have the skins on the wall but he does more with less

🤣🤣🤣🤣yea I’m sure old Nick would do great with a qb that can’t read defenses ,isnt an accurate passer and turns the ball over constantly.

Nick would bench him ala Jalen Hirts

Exactly. What we should do too. He’s a nice kid but he’s a lousy football player unfortunately.

This is going to sound weird but I don't think he's on the hot seat. They were 4-2 last year before going 5-1 the rest of the way. Now I'm not saying that will happen again but I think he's got a bit of rope left the question is will he hang himself with it or pull himself back up?

We just saw Bama get their tails whooped against Tenn, Georgia lost the game against unranked Auburn with a Stockon fumble (he also had 2 int's) and Mateer has almost 200 yards passing against Kentucky already.

Now are there issues for Texas, yes. Especially on the offensive side. Because let's be honest every QB Florida has played has lit them up and Arch had 77 yards going into the 4th quarter. If not for a big pass to Mosley he would barely have 100 yards for an entire game.

Sark will evaluate nothing, it's just to get people off his back. It shouldn't take back to back losses to realize that your offense is hot garbage. That things needed be changed. You brought in two RB's that don't fit what you want out of the running game, you have an OL that is geared towards pass protection and not the run game. Yet you don't lean into the pass game more. When it was working early in the game you went away from it to run the ball. Arch literally had the hot hand.

I'm just baffled by his decisions at times. He won't hire an OC so you guys can forget that and no one is getting fired on that side of the ball. Unless the wheels really fall off.

Personally, I'm just going to see how things play out and go from there. But if he can't fix the offense and find a way to get this talent to work, then I don't know after that.

I also thought defensively the team was not as good as I thought. Still no turnovers and they gave up a lot of 3rd down conversions. Some of it was bad field position by the O or just being on the field too much but they are legit concerns.

At least special teams wasn't a negative this week?
