With the 3rd developmental guy he'd basically be a backfill to some recruiting classes that no longer exist on our roster. If no SEC or even a BIG12 school, especially OU who is WR depleted, has him at the top of their lists it say a lot. UT RGV is preparing for their first football season in the fall though.
