Jonah Williams had a fiery walk

I have to admit I missed it but from articles I’ve read . Our Hoss from Galveston Ball was trying to fire our team up on his walk . I’m all for him getting  our team fired up . He’s going to be a demon on the football 🏈 field for us . He’s going to be special.

It was pretty tacky and was enough to bring Schloss out of the dugout.  Jonah made up for it today with the winning double before he pulled another muscle on the basepaths.  

I'd prefer to see him save the histrionics for the gridiron.

That kid brings energy and a winning mentality. I have no problem with that, even on the diamond.

What he's doing this year in baseball is incredible.  I didn't expect him to contribute anything to this team with his clavicle injury. Then he did and had another set back and contributes again.

I'm a huge Jonah fan.  I bet he never shows out like that after a walk again.  Or maybe he does and I'll get used to it.

He is a dog. I love his energy and have no issue with his competiveness. Schloss even mentioned it in his presser.

The young teenager has to learn the rules of conduct on the field.  He was trying to fire up his team.  He does not repeat mistakes.  He does win games, though.

Fearlessness leads to being a very talented return man on the gridiron. Why I like him to be squarely in the mix for punt returner, and possibly KOR as well.

I liked his game #2 double much better than his game #1 walk.  Maybe this is just being 17 years old, but he needs to rein it in.

Love his energy and competitiveness.   For clarity, Is Jonah injured again with pulled muscle?  If so, seems concerning with repeated soft tissue injuries.

The training staff needs to work with him on his soft tissue issues. Hopefully he gets those in check before a KOR

Will be interesting to see how healthy he stays long term … he’s going to put his body in harms way a lot. Just his style of play as an athlete

Hash the OU softball team has lost less than 20 games out of the last 250 they have played. I may not be exactly right but I’m close.

jonah comes from a wonderful family in Galveston his Dad is a Galveston Judge I believe his mom is a teacher. His two bothers are athletes one lives in Austin played professional baseball other in Juco . Jonah is a gifted athlete more than any on 40 acres perhaps. He is definitely Prime Time. Enjoy him get use to winning. He’s definitely a highlight reel .
