OSU is the defending national champs playing in their own house, Texas made tons of mistakes, and still had a shot to win. Arch missed easy throws and the game plan was horrible. I think we will be fine but this was a lot of the same in terms of execution in big moments. Did not look like we were the most talented/physical team today yet again 1 Quote
kmart Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Loss sucks, but most of this is fixable for the offense IMO. Arch struggled early and never got his rhythm, got a month to figure it out. defense is legit. DL passed the test for me. 1 Quote
TXFF Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago The OL actually looked pretty good with run and pass blocking. Not sure if they're that good or OSU's D line is not that great. Quote

Paul L Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Football is a funny game. 1. Even Ryan Day said the team that ran the ball better would win. 2. No one expected Arch to struggle making throws. Quote

The calls were not good today. Crazy work that just five days ago he was using some horsesh*t stat to pump his chest out that redzone isn’t an issue 1 Quote

I don’t like it…but I think Sark only played at 80% today. 1 1 Quote

nmack99 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Arch had every opportunity in the world to win this. Completely understand we had some separation issues but looks were there. Decent push from the o-line and gave Arch all day in the pocket. Defense played elite, complete masterclass. Arch will get better, our offense will get better. Sark needs to be able to make play calling adjustments in real time. He either calls plays lights out or has no read on the defense - no in between. We will likely drop 2 more, just hope it’s enough to get into the playoffs. It’s always hook em Quote
LovingBuckeye Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago The real question… Is Texas the new Alabama? 1 Quote
TXFF Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago We had significantly more running and passing yards, but the RZ execution was the difference. Penalties didn't help, either. Quote

Roy Hinojosa Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago At least the O-line wasn't the issue today, I thought they did a really good job. 1 Quote
