The offense looks like an offense with 7 players making their first start or playing meaningful snaps.  This coaching staff has brought us to this point.  They deserve your faith that they can figure it out.

He runs a pretty similar scheme to Sark but I doubt he's going to want to go from Miami HC in the NFL to Texas OC. But I could be wrong. Either way, Coach Sark isn't going to do that, at least from what we've been told numerous times.

He’d be a perfect fit tbh because of scheme similarities. He could probably be had for 3 million if I were just randomly guessing. Chip Kelly is highest paid in NFL at 6 million, Joe Brady makes a little below 2 million.

Well, if he is fired and Sark makes that move, it could be really good. We'll see how things play out. I think regardless of how this season goes, it might be something Coach Sark just needs to make a move on sooner rather than later.

Hire an OC that actually calls plays, Sam Pittman, have Banks focus on just coaching and recruiting TEs instead of wearing that hat and the special teams coach hat.  Chris Jackson and Chad Scott should be safe for now.

Sark is never going to hire an OC, he wants to be the OC. It's not that I disagree with you, he just doesn't believe he needs one. Jeff Banks is a good recruiter but he shouldn't be coaching special teams, he has not done a good job with that, at all.
