Roy Hinojosa Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago I've heard through the Swamp grapevine that Kelly was fired today. We'll see if that's true, but you heard it here first. Quote
Califashorn75 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago The Aggies coach is legit. He is not a carnival barker like Jimbo was too. He's just a dang good coach. Their quarterback has improved a lot. We will have to play almost perfect to beat them. 1 Quote

TAMU’s other road games were won by an average of 2 points. They are not the best team in the country. They can be beat. What am I overreacting to? I only gave my opinion....I never said they were the best team in the country, I've just said they've more than proven themselves this year. Anyone can be beat, that doesn't mean they're not good this year. 1 Quote

Make them come to Austin and prove that first” You: “Honestly, they’ve more than proven it already” You may not have meant it, but in the context of the thread you’re saying A&M’s “more than proven” they’re the best team in the country. And I think that’s an overreaction. TAMU’s claim to fame is beating an overrated ND team early in the season by 1 pt and beating the breaks off a flawed and defeated LSU team. Their schedule has been as favorable as ours has been unfavorable. Quote

Hookem72 Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago LSU needs to make Olivia Dunne their head coach. Would probably be better than BK and recruit a helluva lot better. Quote

Beating OU Saturday was the time he beat a ranked on the road during his at Ole Miss. Lane Kiffin is overrated as HC. This is silly. Kiffin is a helluva a coach and has learned under arguably the 2 best coaches of the last 25-30 years in Saban and Pete Carroll. His offense is plug and play for QBs and he’d be able to get elite skill talent on offense and war daddies on defense if he were to go to LSU. 1 1 Quote
SchoolColors Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago I know I’m new here but can we get a rule in place to ban the phrase “war daddies” Quote

While this might be true it was still mind blowing that yesterday's win over OU was Kiffin's first road win over a ranked opponent. As much as we rag on Sark he's done that just about every year he's been here. Quote
SchoolColors Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago I’d prefer to go defensive background HC after the last two offensive geniuses. Quote

Henderson we were at least in the mix for him weren't we? Brown I think it was between LSU and A&M, if he is to flip, it's probably there. Don't know much about Kent. 1 Quote
