Have you seen Texas play this entire year - other than against Vandy? I predicted Georgia 34 - Texas 17/ Texas is weak on the OL and won't be able to run on Georgia (we haven't been able to run on anyone). That will allow them to pick their pressures/coverages to confuse Arch. 

Texas has been picked apart by lesser QBs and Stockton can scramble and hit the short throws. They can nickel and dime their way down the field if they want. 

You still have to play the game, but it's not surprising someone thinks Georgia will kill Texas...

Yes, I have.  Anything can happen but an honest and true evaluation does not lead one to believe Georgia will kill Texas.

I am not a true believer in the Texas Oline, but a true analysis would reveal that Brooks was the weakest link.  Go figure.  It was reported here that he had no work at G prior to being inserted.  I don’t anticipate a great rushing performance but that’s not needed if we work our passing game appropriately.

It is a smaller sample but no one has picked Texas apart when at full strength.  Not Ohio State.  Not OU.  And of the lesser teams - not SJSU.  So we shall see on that front.  I’m not sure Georgia has seen a front capable of creating pressure like Texas.  Kentucky had success, but 13 points.

This Texas is likely its healthiest all season.  There’s a good chance this is the most equipped OLine we have had all season.  The Oline, QB, WRs have had 3/4 of a season to see what defenses will throw at them.

I put very little stock in what some random assistant coaches who take the time to call The Film Guy think about the matchup. That being said it's going to take an effort from this team we have not seen this year for four quarters to win the game. I think UGA wins but not by two scores.

You should rewatch SJSU. They had a lot of drops and wide receivers open all over the place, don’t just read a box score. Also Mateer could barely grip the football coming off surgery and as far as Ohio St, it was a RS-freshmen in his first ever start.

I personally don't think film guy knows his ass from his elbow. He is drinking the Georgia Kool aid because they've been great during his personal rise to fame. I think they will play their best but haven't played good defense most of the year and I'm not convinced their secondary doesn't suck. Gunner Stockton got knocked out cold versus Texas. For anyone to feel extremely confident in Georgia over Texas must be tied to the mob. 

Let's see it on Saturday.

Awesome.  We thought the same about them last year until they punched us in the mouth because of how shitty they looked against Kentucky.

Sorry dude.  We’re going to lock Stockton down.  Georgia doesn’t have Jeremiah Smith who didn’t do crap against us either with a senior or freshman at qb, and we are the best defense in the nation against the run.  Our defense will be locked in all game for this one, and they will be, most importantly, rested and healthy.  It’s all about Arch and the offense.

Who are you?  Give me something about your history that indicates anything but arrogance.

I don’t need you to come along and tell me Guilbeau blew the coverage versus Vandy then when I request a little confirmation that you ignore it.  Substance I’ll take.  Some unsubstantiated garbage cause you share similar characteristics to Jerry Jones I won’t. 

Maybe SJSU had lots of drops.  But at least one source credited them with 1.  One is not a lot.  What is your source stating that Mateer could barely grip a ball?  A dude who had 50 touches in that game could barely grip a ball yet had no fumbles.  Interesting.  Yes the QB was in his first ever start.  Thanks, didn’t know that.

But for funsies, I might actually rewatch the game.
