  1. Our current plan is to meet at Gresso's in German Village in Columbus on Friday afternoon. If you hope to join us from 4ish-7ish on Friday, please RSVP here with a number or contact me directly at ontexasfootball@gmail.com. I want to make sure they can accommodate everyone. Do not contact the bar directly. We don't want them inundated with calls. Thanks, Bobby https://www.gressosbar.com/
  2. I hope Vasek really has a great game. If he does, that’ll be a great sign for Texas.
  3. At left guard. Neto moves to LT in those instances. Remember, no Goosby last week. However, this is a great sign for Stroh. It appears he is now guard no. 3 ahead of Kibble.
  4. It’s not shade. There’s a truth to what you write. But you’re also neglecting the number of draft picks the last two years, two first rounders and a second. The trend line for Texas is clearly moving in the right direction and that is something recruits look at, too.
  5. He definitely looks sharper. And bigger.
  6. Fresno State has to have the smallest right guard in Division I/FBS.
  7. Kansas offense looks good. Kansas defense looks like a typical Kansas defense.
  8. My grandma would say, be thankful for what you have. 😉
  9. What it must feel like to be a K-State fan today. Not once, not twice but three times.
  10. Iowa State 14-7 going to the fourth. K-State with the ball in ISU territory.
  11. I’m thinking 10 just might do it.
  12. Only jerseys she’s ever bought are Ricky, VY, Colt and now Arch.
  13. My wife is ready for next week already.
  14. In latter parts of practice, not at the outset.
  15. Avery Johnson can’t throw the long out route clearly. Then throws a short one.
  16. Serious question. Who here would be calling for the OC’s job if you were a fan of either of these teams?
  17. Seems valid. End of 1st. 7-0 Iowa State with K-State in the red zone.
  18. K-State has a (lack of) speed problem. So does Iowa State for that matter.
  19. Gerry, your sense of humor is golden.
  20. I'm sitting here finalizing our content plans for the 2025 season while watching a little football talk. This is fun. Can't wait until kickoff.
  21. He has unquestionably improved his body composition and his professionalism in the time since he’s been in Austin. That bodes well for his long term future IMO.
  22. I know some folks can be intimidated by the longer threads, but Dia Bell led a 31-point comeback win for his team last night. Quite the performance.
