    I’ve said it multiple times. Texas is all in for 2026. Texas isn’t just trying to fill out its roster in the portal. An elite running back is a priority. That’s the current thinking at least. We’ll see how things go and who actually ends up in the portal. Lacy, of course, is from Lancaster originally.

    There had been some rumblings about this prior to signing day. But it looks like Michigan tried to put the hay in the barn first. I suspect Biff Poggi will be named interim for bowl game. He stepped in for Moore when Moore was suspended previously.

    “Acknowledged” is different than “prepping”for. In this day and age, there is nothing you can be unprepared for or think is off the table. That was Gerry’s response and CJ’s, too. Nothing more. Terry has been happy at Texas, especially the last four games of the season where his role increased. And with some departures, there is a very clear path to the field for him all of next year.
