    I was coming to post the same thing. You're going to see more schools do this unless the framework changes. These players have to understand this free for all won't last forever. Sorsby signed a contract and breached it. Now he gets to deal with the consequences. Wouldn't surprise me to see someone cover the settled amount (as someone stated above).

    Listen, there is another angle to this nobody is talking about... The OL wasn't the same when @Blake Munroe stopped accidently muting himself so much. Killed the mojo. We are going to need those mutes to make a comeback in 2026.

    All that talk about how his low S2 score didn't matter isn't aging well. OL/injuries or not, dude has horrible decision-making skills under pressure. Stroud will not win the AFC (much less a SB) for the Texans. I'll stand by this statement every time. They need to draft heavy on OL this year and prepare to move on from CJ after the season. Not worth the $ he will want.
