  1. Agree. Tuttle has passed effectively and given UM a passing threat. UW dared Orgi to throw because they knew he couldn’t.
  2. If he is done for the game He will have to settle for: 13 carries, 186 yards, 3TD and a long run of 75 yds
  3. Michigan scored and stopped UW. About 4 minutes left in 2nd qtr. UW leads UM 14-7
  4. Michigan changed QB’s already.
  5. Meanwhile Michigan, with Orji at QB, is like playing football before the forward pass was invented…😂
  6. UH had been shut out their past 2 games. You may be right but will they give Sonny more slack because of the playoff appearance?
  7. TCU converts a 4th and 9 from their the UH 42 on a generous spot. They didn’t show a replay so couldn’t tell, but TCU rushed to the line and ran a play. 3 plays later on 3rd and 6 TCU scored. UH leads 27-19.
  8. TCU driving with 13 minutes left in the game and UH leading 27-12
  9. First off we recruit Louisiana. Secondly, they haven’t been good the last 4 seasons but from 2014-2020 they went to 7 bowl games to our 5. They had as many 10 wins seasons as us (one). Plus they had four 9 win seasons (we had none). They had no losing records and we had 3. Third, the SEC has won 4 of the last 5 NC. Maybe we can learn something instead of always thinking we are better than everyone else. We haven’t won a NC in 20 years.
  10. May fire up the grill. Not a great week of games but it is college football after all. SEC games I will keep an eye on are Georgia/Auburn and Ole Miss/SC. And Missouri/A&M, only if Mizzu is winning. Since we play at Vandy after Georgia the Bama at Vandy game is of interest since Bama is coming off their win against Georgia. UCF/Florida also could be worth a look. Other games I will keep an eye on are Clemson/FSU to see how FSU looks without their QB. UNC plays 4-0 Pitt and UNC has lost back to back games to James Madison and Duke. Not a good look for Mack. Michigan plays its first road game of the season against Washington. I like watching the UM defense and I want to see if Michigan throws it more than 15 times (I’m taking the under…😀) If I can stay up late enough the Arizona/TT might be entertaining. I want to see Duane Akina do well as DC (plus I dislike TT) but Arizona is hard to figure out. They squeaked by Northern Arizona, then got blown out by KSU and then turned around and beat Utah. I’m sure there will be other games that catch my attention as the games unfold. Ready to relax and watch college football this weekend while our Longhorns are getting a much needed bye week.
  11. Agree. The grind of the SEC season takes a toll physically. Hell, after just playing Michigan we had multiple players not available the following week. If we take care of business we will play the top tier teams in the playoffs. And that’s more exciting.
  12. Why would the SEC schedule a home game in Austin weekend. That makes it more difficult, inconvenient and expensive for fans. It wasn’t a secret that F1 was that weekend.
  13. I think we were watching different games. After taking a 14-0 lead about halfway thru the second quarter Michigan had 1 first down until the winning drive. UM had to punt after making one first down, 4 punts on three and outs plus a fumble around their own 10. And then UM moved the ball on their winning drive for the first time in 2 and 1/2 quarters. Michigan had about 10 yards of total offense in the second half before that drive. USC was anything but playing soft. I don’t like Riley and hope he loses every game but their defense gave them a chance by stopping UM on 6 straight possessions. If anything it was Riley’s offense that cost them the game IMO. They scored 3 points in the first half and threw a pick 6 in the second half. I hope Faraimo chooses us but I liked our chances better for the California player when it looked like it was between us and ND. I guess we will see if Nansen can work his magic. A lot of football left to be played. Hook’em.
  14. Blake, Thanks. Maybe you can summarize the commitments tomorrow. I am having trouble keeping up. 😀
  15. The Magic 8 ball said “Outlook not so good”.
  16. As long as Sark is here I am not worried about the QB position. Give me Arch for 2027 and I’ll just trust that Sark can figure it out from there. We are getting spoiled and I am not sure we (including myself) truly appreciate the talent level of QB that Sark is recruiting in real time.
  17. Yeah, that is a phrase that brings a bit of PTSD for me….lol
