  1. Both repetitions against pre-season projected first rounder Shemar Stewart. FIFY Stewart was a 5⭐. His 4⭐ buddy Byron Murphy II went to Texas and is starting for the Seattle Seahawks this season.
  2. Add Goosby. What he accomplished for his first extended playing time is truly remarkable.
  3. AUSTIN, Texas – No. 14 Texas Volleyball's Madisen Skinner and Marianna Singletary were both named to the All-SEC First Team to lead a group of four Longhorns honored on the All-SEC teams, the league office announced Sunday. In addition to Skinner and Singletary, Reagan Rutherford was named to the All-SEC Second Team and Ayden Ames was named to the All-Freshman Team. Skinner is averaging 4.14 kills per set this season, while hitting .274, with 140 digs and 48 total blocks. The Katy, Texas product has also been exceptional down the stretch, with 5.94 kills per set and a .439 hitting percentage over her final five matches of the regular season. Singletary is tied for the SEC lead with 1.47 blocks per set this season and was named the league's Defensive Player of the Week in three-straight weeks earlier this season. In addition to her 128 total blocks, Singletary has 162 kills with a .356 hitting percentage. Rutherford has totaled 221 kills (2.57 per set) with a .325 hitting percentage this season. The Missouri City, Texas product has also added 46 total blocks, while spending a part of the season splitting playing time with Devin Kahahawai. Ames is the Longhorns' first true freshman middle blocker to start since Chiaka Ogbogu in 2013 and has been outstanding. The Prosper, Texas product has 51 total blocks and 92 kills, with a .375 hitting percentage. The Longhorns will learn their postseason seeding on the NCAA Selection Show on Sunday at 5 p.m. CT on ESPN. 4. So starting early for a mediocre team is better than being developed by a very good team??? Sounds like an instant gratification take.
  5. I would think Javion is thinking more about his own development than high school friendship.
  6. I do not thinks Zelus is an early enrollee.
  7. Jimbo earns more in retirement than he would earn as a head coach at OSU.
  8. One has to wonder about Gundy's continued tenure. OSU probably does not have many options for a new HC.
  9. Gerry highlighted this game well. Tulane not quite all it was cracked up to be.
  10. And Pavia is a much more experienced and stronger Reed. He is the best QB Texas has faced.
  11. I do not think aTm would let Surly install the most nir the barricade.
  12. Miracle whip uses mostly vegetable oils, some saturated. Real mayonnaise uses high grade olive oil.
  13. I would say Roschon volunteering to switch to RB as a freshman was a big block in the foundation if the new Texas culture. JWhitt switching around positions and sticking with it through all the injuries and surgeries was the mortar.
  14. Serranos are priced almost like caviar, now. Poblanos are not far behind. I use habaneros judiciously for their flavor. Most people are not from Texas and think red bell peppers are spicy. 🤦🏻‍♂️
  15. Michael Taaffe emerging. Same for Sorrell as he was just a bright kid when recruited. Jake Majors, Cole Hutson and Hayden Conner have certainly exceeded their projections.
  16. Aioli for me. Preferably home made.
  17. No, he will attend Medical School at UT.
  18. Ignorance is seldom bliss, ultimately.
  19. I am thinking you do not understand who Ellison is. Might want to check up on Oracle and the recent history of the America's Cup.
  20. They should just take their cojones and place them on an anvil and hit them with a hammer until they have a nut sack omlette.
