  1. Yep, he is not like Sproles at all. Sproles is in my mind the most underrated back ever. He was a poor man's Barry Sanders. If Blue finally is in a good place mentally he can have a real impact for the Cowboys. His speed is rare.
  2. I have had a lot of experience with North Shore kids (UIL competitions), and for the most part they are fantastic. I know there have been a couple of bad apples, but that can happen at any school. ....just my two cents.
  3. I like Klatt. I think he is one of the more knowledgeable talking heads on the internet. Having said that, his effusive praise (one of the best college players he has ever seen) of the Ohio State receiver really shows you what a great game plan Texas had against Ohio State last year. PK and his guys shut down Jeremiah Smith. I will be very interested to see how they deal with Smith this year.
  4. I also can't wait to see this year's version of the Nascar package. That will be VERY interesting to see that evolve over the long season.
  5. Offense- Hutson- can he make the correct line calls? Livingstone- I am really interested in his improvement. McCutcheon- is he actually ready? He must be a stud. Endries- can he live up to the press? Defense- Vasek- might be better than Burke if fully healthy. Williams- is he healthy? He is really important imo. Brevard- if great defenses are built inside out then Brevard will be one of the keys.
  6. I bet he leaves and retires. Whatever is going on with these blood clots sounds like a very serious medical issue and now that his son is gone there's no reason to put up with the stress.
  7. I was not sure what to think. The Community Note was not there when I posted this. I put "supposedly" because I think the Bronco management would have heart attacks if they saw Barron do that.
  8. What are the chances Arch stays at Texas for 2 more years?
  9. Congrats to the Undertaker for finally beating Hulk Hogan. RIP
  10. Yep, somebody close to him needs to pull his head out of his ass. This kid could improve the lives of everybody around him but instead he's decided to be a disappointment. Very sad!
  11. I wonder if younger fans remember Robison. He was the athletic freak that I hope Lance Jackson will become. Robison ran a true 4.6 and had NBA vertical leap at 260 pounds. He was the SWC shot put champ as well. Most importantly, he kept the national championship game alive by stuffing LenDale White on 4th and short. What a player!
  12. From what I have read, I think Sark will open up the checkbook for this guy. I think Texas has a good shot.
  13. He made 7 to 10 foot putts look routine. What an amazing display of effortless golf.
  14. Great list.....it is time to get excited!
  15. Sark is building a team that resembles a Saban led Alabama team on offense with classic Pete K Washington defense full of SEC athletes. There are more studs you left off imo. A healthy Vasek is one. Lefau is WAY underrated and will play in the NFL for many year if he stays healthy. Christian Clark has star ability if he can fully recover. Derrick Williams is a stud when healthy. He has scratched the surface of his potential yet. Cojoe, Kibble, Chatman, and Cruz might end up surprising people too. They all should get drafted (but a couple really good OL might ends up transferring...this team is crazily deep). Sark has this team loaded with future Sunday guys. *Forgot January.
  16. I was told that Quinn was offered $8 million dollars to go play for Notre Dame. Is a person that told me this full of baloney?
  17. I will be shocked if Kreul joins the class. Sark won't pay imo....somebody else will pay too much.
  18. That is not really fair. Oregon is a top 10 program and Lott will at least have a shot at a natty.
  19. I believe that J Lott is a five star and he would kill in Sark's offense. Too bad...
  20. Sark and his team have a proven track record of success when it comes to player evaluations. Walgreens made a lot of money by placing stores wherever there is a McDonald's. Texas Tech will do well in the Big 12 by poaching players Texas thinks are going to be stars. Imitation is still the highest form of flattery.
  21. Kirby is a GREAT coach. I can't wait for the game this year.
  22. Lol, Bird gets better every year since hid retirement. Moses Malone was in fact the best player in 82.
