  1. Niblett punt return vs. Miss State was mine. Don't think another came close to the emotions and reactions at the time.
  2. Not sure anything can be uglier than the current bubble lol
  3. That's good to know then. This was on Mortenson project website. https://www.mortenson.com/projects/university-of-texas-football-complex
  4. Latest projections have August 2026 as the targeted completion date.
  5. Full aerial view of the facility rendering.
  6. From the view of San Jacinto Blvd. Should be plenty of parking underneath. Finally...
  7. Construction goes much deeper than I expected. This will be a tall indoor when it’s completed.
  8. That big slab of concrete will be topped with 100 yards + a small outlet towards the swimming facility for offensive line + additional rehabilitation zone.
  9. Looks like the full skeleton of the indoor is upright.
  10. Paneling put up on the side near the Moody center and basketball practice facility.
  11. A couple of updated pictures from the future Texas Football Indoor facility and the ongoing construction just south of Moncrief and DKR. Chris Del Conte mentioned the targeted completion date back at the beginning of the year as May 2026. Here is how things look currently.
  12. I'll try to get into more on this after a decision is made. I won't fault Moore for whatever happens. Moore was a model Longhorn and teammate.
  13. 6-8, 345 offensive tackle. saw 58 snaps, all as a reserve in 2025 3 years of eligibility remaining.
  14. I have alluded to this over the past week or so, but I am monitoring a decision for DeAndre Moore. Based off of sourcing over the last month, the conversation surrounding Moore has settled on a departure, though the destination remains uncertain. The intel has flipped back and forth between an entrance to the portal and that of the NFL Draft. Right now, I lean Draft. Regardless, I am not expecting Moore back on the roster in 2026. Moore, a junior, started 11 games for Texas this season.
  15. I remain intrigued by the market for USC LB Matai Tagoa'i. Was someone Texas liked out of high school, but fits more of the developmental category than instant impact. He was listed at 6-4, 205 lbs on USC's official roster. On top of that, he only saw 35 snaps. But he had 25 offers in HS and was ranked as a top 100 player in the class.
  16. I'm not a Leavitt fan. But any quarterback with a capable arm should put up big numbers in Kiffin's offense.
  17. North Texas Hires Errin Joe *** North Texas has hired Texas Director of Scouting Errin Joe to be their next general manager according to Matt Zenitz of 247Sports. Joe was hired away from Georgia Tech at the beginning of the 2025 calendar year and helped the Longhorn establish deeper roots in Georgia and the Deep South. Now, Joe joins Neal Brown’s staff in Denton for the 2026 season.
  18. You have my attention. Harkless recorded 3 sacks this season at 6-3, 345. 10 pressures from up the middle would have been tied for 2nd on this year's Texas DL.
  19. For what it's worth, I have been keeping a running list of prospects who have announced portal intentions that I believe to needle moving targets for Texas. I've yet to add any offensive linemen to that list. Obviously this isn't an exact science, nor is it indicative of what Texas will do. But as of now, I don't see any big time needle moving players so far that would be immediate plug and play options for Texas on the interior. If and when those players enter, I will make sure mention who I believe to be immediate options.
