    Absolutely and would have nullified that pick and kept a Texas drive to that would have possibly ended the game.

    We absolutely got beat on the headsets. We couldn’t run the ball and got out gained by a considerable amount. The offense was absolutely putrid for about 4 series in a row and this left our defense on the field way too long. The heroics of Quinn on the 4th and 13 play saved the season. Golden and Makuba are right there with him too. Texas was clutch when they had to be but the offensive line and gameplan has to be better next Friday. We didn’t look ready to play on that side of the ball.

    I haven’t seen anything to make me optimistic at this point. Pretty let down to this point. Texas shouldn’t be behind A$M in hoops. Ou with a big turnaround in one year. Moser was in deep crap and has them in the top 15.

    You can’t hope and expect to get tackles in the portal after losing DT recruiting battles. At some point we are going to need to be more aggressive in our NIL at this spot. We just are. If you want to compete at the highest level this is the spot. Texas shouldn’t get outgunned anyway for guys they want Not in the NIL age.
