  1. Wait, what? Where did you see this? Nvm, one look at the portal thing and I saw it.
  2. Nvm on the Missouri OL, stupid me thought someone posting it here meant he was entering the portal lol.
  3. Unless Baugh enters, this seems like the guy.
  4. Also, why were people posting stuff about the game in the portal thread? Lol.
  5. This and the Auburn guy seem like no brainers to go after. Not sure we land both but they should be top targets for us.
  6. I guess they gotta hang their hat on something lol.
  7. Him and that Colorado State one are a pretty good option. That G I saw earlier from East Carolina looks like a good G option, too.
  8. There is some really good OL prospects jumping in with a lot of starting experience. Excited to see who they go after.
  9. I highly doubt programs like Georgia and Texas are going to give up, he's class of 2027, long way to go in this one.
  10. I'm not going to argue with you on this, this thread already went way off track.
  11. We probably have back to back Natty's if we had Bijan on the team in '23 and '24, just saying.
  12. Thank you for steering the thread back towards what it should be. There are some definite interesting portal OL already.
  13. Sure I understand, but I just mean he played in a terrible O and with a QB who is not very good at Michigan State and yet he produced really well. He's very talented but if we're looking to replace Moore as a slot, none of these guys really fit that bill. Chris Henry Jr is really good, but there are already extremely talented WR's on Ohio States roster, doubt he cracks the starting line up next year.
  14. My only thing with Coleman, is if he's worth the price? Could you not get the Marsh kid from Michigan State who would be cheaper but has a lot of upside? I don't know, it's not my money either way lol. I'm more interested in how much more attrition we lose on the OL. Rumblings of us losing some more guys there and the possibility of Goosby going pro is still in play. That would mean we're replacing 4 starters again, with not so great development from Flood and not much stocking the cupboards, that is going to be very expensive if it lands that way. They might need to take upwards of 5-6 OL. Anyway, just my uneducated two cents.
  15. I know it's not a possibility, but this kid is a freaking beast. I would love for them to kick the tires on him but not sure how realistic it is.
  16. Depends on how you approach it, Missouri got Hardy who has shared snaps all year. Even in their bowl game, #20 for Missouri got more snaps than Hardy seemed to.
  17. We need two RB's in the portal now with Wisner gone. Can't hurt to reach out and see how receptive he is.
  18. Also just an FYI, Hardy who went to Missouri has been sharing snaps all year. As long as they're getting touches and you don't lie to them, etc. Then it should be all good, imo. Just gotta wonder what the price tag is.
  19. You can always approach him and see what he thinks, he'll probably land on his feet somewhere being RB 1, likely Okie State like some have already said.
  20. Only reason to hit the portal, is because Texas wouldn't match the 1 million he wanted and the NFL wasn't telling him what he wanted to hear. Sucks to lose him, but he's not an elite RB. Wish him all the best and hope he lands on his feet somewhere.
  21. I think you're right, you will see kids go to schools visits and commit pretty quickly, if not commit on the spot. Hell some kids already have committed to other schools without the portal being open.
  22. Portal 1 & 2. 3 & 4 will be Simon/Clark. Not sure Terry stays at RB, but they need to figure out what to do with him. Think Cooper will be 5, but may work his way up to 3.
  23. That's a great hire for them, he has a great eye for talent and development. So many thought he was going to retire but he got a massive upgrade in jobs instead.
  24. I'm surprised by the Wisner news but not that surprised.
