    SLC didn't make any QB changes. He also wasn't the only kid you couldn't stop after that 1st half, the front 7 was getting after it for SLC.

    Jenks doesn't get the 4th down conversion and SLC will likely kneel this out for the win. What a comeback.

    SLC has a lot to replace. Their entire D has 11 new starters. Their O has several new starters. Riley Dodge is no longer their, the former DC for SLC took over as HC. There is going to be some growing pains. They looked better in that 2nd Qtr. Only down 27-14 now. As people have stated already, Jenks is one of the top programs in the state of Oklahoma and they returned a bunch from last years squad (apparently).

    The insulting part is that they thought a few weeks in rehab is enough to beat an addiction. It's an on going process. You'll likely relapse. The fact they thought that was good enough and that he's good to go was disgusting. Not to mention how insulting it was. I don't think they're getting enough heat for it. Also think the fact that he's still trying to justify it is disgusting.

    It's not really that hard of a decision. Brandon just opens his offense up more than McIntyre. He's had good success with true Fr QB's. Although I hope we pummel him into the ground in week 4.

    Sheer stupidity. These guys have signed contracts and were on NFL rosters. Just because you were granted a 5th year, does not mean you get to sign contracts in the NFL and then head back to college. At least with Hutson he didn't sign, was already back at Texas enrolled for school. This is just stupid. Kiffin is always where the drama is.

    Ethan looks like he's in great shape. Completely reshaped his body. He keeps that up, he'll get on the 53 man roster. Great performance.

    They'll definitely not have the season everyone seems to expect from them. Much tougher schedule and they'll drop a few more games this year and miss the playoffs (imo). Will cause some of their recruits to look elsewhere (not specifically Texas).

    Which is fine, I've long come to accept that as part of college ball and why I don't follow recruiting as much. Just meant I was disappointed he left, because I thought he a lot of upside.

    Fair enough but he wouldn't be on the hot seat either way because he still had time left on his contract. Still weird, imo.

    The clips he's showing of Cojoe are of when he was only 18 right? He's still only 20 years old going into his 4th year. Unless I'm thinking of someone else. Wasn't he only 16 when he got to Texas?

    Not a popular opinion but it's just stupid if you can sign an actual contract and them return to college ball. Hutson was borderline pushing it but he never signed any contracts. In fact he was already back at Texas furthering his education before he tried to get back on the team. At some point there has to be a limit to the madness.
