    I enjoy it too, but it does get tiresome. I would hate to have to be a coach trying to renegotiate who is going to be on your team next year lol.

    It's a nothing burger, just people trying to get clicks, imo. No reason he'd leave Texas for Georgia all of a sudden, when it's reported he's loving Austin, his snap count is about to sky rocket, etc. Sounds more like Georgia trying to back door something.

    But isn't this what players wanted? I wouldn't say they're pro's, because a lot of these guys regardless of NIL will never even sniff the NFL. There could probably be more done to protect both the schools and players, do away with tampering and all that but the NCAA doesn't really care. They were against it for so long, never really monitored the money being pushed around before NIL and they don't really care now. It sucks for some of these young men who have false pretenses of finding more elsewhere and end up with nothing. As I said, this is what the players wanted and unfortunately it's a double edged sword.

    Niblett's return against Miss State probably saved this season from being a 7-5/6-6 type season to a 9-3 one. It was that crucial, imo.

    Another thing on Rufo I'm seeing, is he is fast for a LB that size, covers TE's really well. Something we struggled to do this year.

    6'7 you say? Lol. But seriously, if he has starting experience at both, that is a huge plus. I'm certain the staff would take a look at that guy. Rufo looks pretty good, good size and ability. Would be a veteran presence.

    His injury was one that is hard to come back, from the little research I did on it. Not sure he'll ever get it back to where it needs to be but I think he might've pushed himself back too early this year and then got another injury on top of that. Hope he fully heals over the off-season and we see what he can do next year, if he decides to stay.

    I'm pretty excited to see how he develops. Lots of upside for him and January. You add in the current Fr, Charles, Sharma and J.Terry. Not sure of Johnson sticks around but you could add another over the ball guy and another quality depth piece, if the price is right. Have a feeling that position/room could be really good next year. The small snippets I've seen from Terry have me pretty excited to see what he can do with more snaps.

    Sark already said we would honor the 26/27 games against Ohio State and Michigan.

    I like Watson, think he has good upside, but I wouldn't overpay for him. We need some bigger bodies in the middle that can make plays. Feel like we were pushed around a lot in the middle this year. Hoping Sharma can take a big step forward, because he's got the size/talent you want in the middle. Would also expect J.Terry to take up a ton of snaps, January to keep improving and hoping Kanu comes back. Not sure what Johnson is going to do, don't recall seeing him much.

    I just don't think G5 schools should be given automatic bids, now we've got two of them because the system makes no sense. Hell, create a separate playoff for the G5 schools for all I care.

    I was surprised Indiana beat Ohio State, seems like we'll get bumped to being their 2nd toughest game now. Georgia sweeped the floor with Bama, BYU is terrible, the ACC is dogsh*t and it looks like two G5 teams might be getting in lol.

    Yes, it's easy to claim this after a game where they win. My comment was about how they lost against Bama the first time this year. Nice try though.

    Why is the AD of a school, that hates Texas, allowed to make statements like this about Texas with no one doing any actual fact checking and calling him out?
