  1. Past hour
  2. Bottom line is it is coming I'm sure. Need all the revenue streams possible these days. I'm also positive we won't get fleeced like the Big 12 Monster deal either lol. Unless we steal this big idea from LSU that they say is coming. The so called revolutionary way to fund athletics and stop donor fatigue😂
  3. Mavs strike another blow for Che Guevarra and Bolsheviks.
  4. Based on the survey I received a couple of weeks ago, it is coming. No doubt about it. I know the lean is to keep the jersey clean, so how about this for an idea: We go to Nike and say we don’t want to add a Sponsor but it makes economic sense to do so, are you willing to step up and pay the price to keep the eyeballs only on your logo and not put on another companies logo? Hook’em!!!
  5. Recruiting isn’t for you.
  6. Yup. The mavs with the assist in knocking out one of the contenders.
  7. Putting anything associated with Elon Musk on our jerseys would be a good way to stop receiving any money from me.
  8. Sark wants 5 star ⭐️ players with 5 star character. 4 star players with 5 star ⭐️ character. 3 star players with 5 star character. That’s how we win a national championship. It’s more than just 5 star athletes. Character & culture is a must .In any sport & in any business. OTF is a prime example in my opinion. Bobby & his staff all have Character & knowledge. OTF is a championship team . The best in the business.
  9. Plug my boy here. We're a long way from the Inglewood YMCA in June 1996.
  10. Gonzaga’s staring PG going back to Europe. Sounds like Mavs drafting Sergio De Lerra made Valencia go out and get him.
  11. Today
  12. Zags just lost Mario Saint Supery to Valencia in Spain, losing their talented starting pg this late is rough
  13. One is an Aggie and one is a Longhorn, a very involved and helpful one.
  14. Tito’s would have been another IMO. Plus, he directly supports Texas athletics.
  15. I think it’s very smart from a development standpoint Everyone thinks it’s just about NIL. For guys like Spears Jr… the development for two years in college vs one more boring year of HS basketball is big. Spears Jr will get way more out of a college S&C, playing against the Texas roster all year, playing a role on a top 10 level SEC team and player development in the program And you can get paid well while advancing more as a player vs another year in HS
  16. I don’t know for fact, but that’s the word in coaching circles. He bounced around a lot in HS. Was said to be a problem
  17. Yeah, I remember hearing about Carlos Hurt but never seeing him play. Heard he had some attitude issues and maybe ended up at Louisville but still never saw him play.
  18. That’s correct. Aaron Miles and Carlos Hurt were ranked ahead of him at PG That class was loaded too. TJ was in that 22-25 range nationally
  19. I feel like I remember TJ being more of a top 25 guy than a top 10 guy back then. He was vastly underrated as Texas talent wasn't fully respected in hoops back then. The secret of Texas talent didn't fully get out until the 2010s. TJ's McDonald's All-American performance did let everyone know that he was different.
  20. Pretty awesome Texas can be choosers and not beggars if this ever happens. Texas is one of the biggest brands around and in a phenomenal market so it’s not like we have to get stuck with a grocery chain (looking at you Kroger / Kentucky)
  21. No doubt. I'm not as high on Giddy as many. My guess is the Bulls would eventually like to work Swain over Giddy as the primary offensive initiator.
  22. We only played him at the 1 because of the roster make up. When the season starts hell spend most of his time at the two or three. Hard to see me seeing Splitter taking the running the offense duties from Tre and Josh.
  23. ESPN wasn’t in the rankings game back then
