Moderators CJ Vogel Posted 2 hours ago Author Moderators Posted 2 hours ago Christian Clark is the Texas RB1. James Simon and Michael Terry III will see time in the backfield as well. 16 1 Quote

UT_Ro Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago New day & age now these players get paid.. How could you not want to play with Arch his last year? Where else are you gonna go & get starter carries?.. 1 Quote
Paul L Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Hopefully he can come back to play against OU and A&M. 😂. Best of luck to Wisner. 3 1 Quote

FaxMachine Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I have so much respect to Wisner but he was not going to be guaranteed RB1 next year with our future portal back coming in. Was in his best interest to go play somewhere else where he can be featured. 1 Quote
texcoyote15 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I wonder if he heard something from Sark in the players meetings that told him I need to hit the road? Was he seeking a bigger payday? Sark and the new RB coach may have decided to bring two guys in and completely revamp that room. And Tre didn’t like the sound of that. They’re definitely bringing in two now. I had two on my list even if Wisner stayed 2 1 Quote

Texas fan in Georgia Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I will say it’s interesting from a timing perspective that Wisner entered today just my opinion. I think Texas has a big fish lined up that’s being kept under wraps . But again just my opinion 1 Quote
WestlakeLonghorn Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago What a bad move on his part. Best of luck though. Quote
Shmatt Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago While it sucks, this could be a sign that sark is truly changing up his philosophy/style of back he truly wants. Or he wanted too much NIL lol it happens new day of age, but I like to think it the former. Quote
Moderators CJ Vogel Posted 1 hour ago Author Moderators Posted 1 hour ago Any report this month about Wisner returning was quite inaccurate. There was a consistent gap between Texas and Wisner’s camp which was obviously never bridged. It’s also why I maintained “all three avenues” were on the table for the Longhorn RB throughout this process. 8 1 Quote
hookem1014 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Hope this means Gerry will be hitting us with a “Hi” very soon. Gonna miss Tre manhandling our rivals 2 Quote
FootLaw Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago This one stings. That dude stepped up in a big way when C4 went down. Seeing him in another uni is going to suck. I'm assuming his agent said he needed another year for his draft stock and Texas want paying feature back money. 6 Quote
