This is insane 7 schools. We need a college football commissioner with limited transfer & education requirements.

Btw this guy’s college transcripts might the length of a scroll. 📜

Not locked in.

Texas has had some conversations, but will come down to if Hereing has any “starter” demands

he's definitely not good enough for that. would be a decent body in the room for injuries but thats it imo

This is objectively worse than Charlie Strong's OL situation. Sark & Flood have a chance to add more bodies than Strong could, but losing 7 guys in two weeks is a pretty damning indictment of something bad going on in that locker room. It's beyond roster management.

It was only a matter of time before hand wringers like this came out of the woodworks again after the slew of commits this week. The instant gratification kids don’t know how to let things play out, especially with this staff. They have done NOTHING but prove they know what is going on for the most part and you still have kids fresh off their mother’s tit spewing unnecessary doom and gloom all over the board…yeesh, when will they learn?? I’m guessing never bc they don’t pay attention to anything not right in front of their face anyway.

back in the late 90s you had to pay $5-$10 to the school to get them to mail the transcripts to other schools.....TJs NIL money is gonna go just to get get schools to send transcripts, haha.

Remember this in three weeks. I don’t think you’ll say the same thing about the OL. We’ll see!

Yeah. My bad. Thursday... literally losing track of days.

Go to sleep. Like I am about to do. You won’t dream about threes from the corner because you haven’t shot a basketball since Penders was the coach.

How many of those would you be confident in playing against Ohio State week 2 of 2026? I count 3-4. Sikorski is unknown but seems capable. So go 4. Boy that’s sobering

He had 444 snaps at left guard allowed no sacks and consistently grades well as a run blocker plus he has 3 years of eligibility left Tennessee and Arkansas were both after him.

According to Pro Football Focus, Brooks had an offensive grade of 36.6, a pass blocking grade of 17.1, and a run blocking grade of 46.5 across 221 snaps. He committed four penalties.

Also since 2013 Olineman who have taken at least 100 snaps during that time 90 players graded for snaps per disruption. The best allow once ever 40 snaps normal is about once every 25 snaps. Nick Brooks was the worst and allowed a disruption on ever 8 snaps in 207 snaps this season. But he has good traits.

Anyone have a 48-hour countdown clock for Seaton? A little concerned that FLA has entered the race. Hopefully Texas had some communications with his agent for a few weeks. Does Seaton’s agency represent any current Texas players?

I am also waiting for Brunner’s commitment to drop. Has Indiana brought in any other guards since he visited?

He is repped by Smac entertainment the same agency as Prime. I didn’t see any other college kids on the client list. A lot of former players and other celebrities

Realistically, all you need is 8-9 OL for a season.

It’s the spring and fall camps when you need 12+

- and, what a lot of panicky folks are missing, there will be a lot of OL available on into the summer.  Maybe they won't be superstars, but maybe they can be coached up good enough.  Not every team has a front 5 of NFL caliber players.  Journeymen are OK.

Texas is up to 5 offensive line portal departures in 2026.

Over the past four off seasons, ranging from 2022-25, the Texas OL room saw just 7 offensive line departures.

Gerry, I laugh b/c people actually think that the cupboard is bare.  We don't have the insider knowledge the coaches have in the potential of the folks listed above, at least. not all of them.  Patience, grasshoppers.
