Moderators Jeff Howe Posted March 29 Moderators Posted March 29 BTW, Rick has been to three Elite Eights in a row at Tennessee. That's tied for his number of Elite Eight appearances at Texas ('03, '06 and '08), Quote
Junior Posted March 29 Posted March 29 The UConn big has been unstoppable, be interesting to see if there shooters can take advantage of the defense focusing on him. Duke showing no signs of slowing down, can see why they were the number 1 overall seed the way they are playing offensively so far Quote

LonghornFan4Ever Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Pencil in the UConn men to win the natty imo. Illinois is a good team, but an unwritten rule is if UConn MBB makes it to the Final Four, they will win the natty. Luckiest program in college basketball history. 2 Quote
Moderators Jeff Howe Posted March 29 Moderators Posted March 29 What a great second half between UConn and Duke! 3 Quote

Beating Michigan or Arizona would be an almost unbelievable amount of luck. 1 Quote

ArizonaLonghorn Posted March 29 Posted March 29 (edited) As I said several days ago every season that Duke has injury problems prior to the tournament they lose early. Losing your starting point guard and starting center is tough to overcome. Both guys came back but were clearly not 100%. Still, blowing a 15 point half-time lead? # 1 seeds leading by 15 or more at the half were 134-0 prior to today ... Great comeback by UConn, tip of the cap to them. I'm now pulling for Arizona (lol) since Koa Peat is a local high school kid, but expecting three exciting games in the FF. Anybody else ready for the Masters and then NCAA football? Bevohorns Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Although duke gets all the talent I am grateful winning with a lot of freshman is hard. 1 Quote

LonghornFan4Ever Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Can't stand the guy, but Dan Hurley is on a generational run, especially if he wins on Monday... Quote
Junior Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Hats off to Michigan and UConn, two exceptional teams. Started with 68, now down to the final 2 for all the marbles. Quote
