TexasEx_10 Posted June 13 Posted June 13 (edited) I don’t know what the backup plan is for portal pitcher but there better be one. Edited June 13 by TexasEx_10 1 1 Quote
TexTheHorn24 Posted June 13 Author Posted June 13 Damn I didn’t know Azua wanted to be humiliated in a home regional like that. 6 Quote
Jedi Master Bevo Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Relax on portal pitcher. Same narrative last year when they didn't get a "back up plan". White will get what he feels they need. Hannah Wells is back. Just the Gatorade Player of the Year out of HS and #3 pitcher in the nation coming in from Grandview. 2 1 Quote

Yep, the team is a good team as it sits now, anyone they get to join is icing on the cake. 3 Quote

And they got Brenlee Gonzales. Mike White always has at least two experienced arms on staff. Right now he doesn’t. 1 Quote
TexasEx_10 Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Some SEC teams carry 6-8 pitchers. Texas had five last year. Right now Texas has four pitchers and one isn’t even on campus yet. As of today it’s Teagan and three very raw, young arms. Teagan absolutely needs help. 2 Quote

David Latiolais Posted June 13 Posted June 13 (edited) How good is the freshman picher coming in? She is supposed to be a stud? Mattie Doty I think is her name? Edited June 13 by David Latiolais Quote
David Latiolais Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Texas also must get more RBIs from 3rd base play. Quote

She scored runs when it counted the most and she played the hot corner extremely well for a true freshman. Edited June 13 by HookemDTX 6 1 Quote

Don't think we are going after her(just an opinion). Going to guess she will end up at Arkansas - they have the most innings available of the two. OSU needs a No. 2 behind their ace, but but not ace‑level volume. Then again, there is Florida - but some are saying Florida is the least predictable of the three. With Heavener going to Tech, don't think we are going after a pitcher now...but have been wrong many, many times before. Edited June 13 by HonkEm Quote
HonkEm Posted June 14 Posted June 14 A lot of fans came out to watch/get an autograph from Teagan today 3 Quote
