Moderators Gerry Hamilton Posted 4 hours ago Moderators Posted 4 hours ago Talked to a long time coaching connection Saturday. Word from this person is that there is growing belief by coaches that Sorsby may not play this season - this is not OTF reporting this. Just belief among coaches from a convo. One Big 12 head coach does not believe Sorby will end up playing this year, for sure. Big 12 schools presidents and higher ups have made it be known to Brett Yormark that he works for them per this person. Will be interesting to follow! 27 1 Quote

Colby TS Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago One can hope someone steps in and says Sorsby won't play this year, but I'll believe it when I see it. With Texas Tech speaking on July 7 at Big 12 Media Days, things could get interesting—and Joey can't cancel those. 1 Quote
mcwast Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago i am so grateful that we’re not in that clown show of a conference right now. 3 Quote

tsip92 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Someone really needs to ask Joey when and how he / Tech became aware of Sorsby’s situation and if the was before the end of spring practices, if Sorsby missed any practices after that. Quote

Joey because aware of Sorsby betting when betting sites reported his betting to legal authorities. Sorsby didn’t volunteer the the betting information. 1 Quote

Yes - he got caught and therefore we can assume inertia would have been the default had that not happened AKA dude would have been betting on upcoming Tech games this season Quote
Roy Hinojosa Posted 42 minutes ago Posted 42 minutes ago If that's the case why all this filibustering and bluster from Texas Tech? Quote
GoHorns1 Posted 34 minutes ago Posted 34 minutes ago Sorsby must NEVER play single snap of college football again. 1 Quote
