OTFBrandon Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago What’s the percentage we end up with Sales when the time comes? I’ve seen the percentage climb the past couple of days and I too believe in that trend. In my opinion, I believe Texas does have the edge in his recruitment against Indiana solely because of Dia Bell. Hopefully I’m right! 7 Quote
Connor Vaughn Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago How often does one team land the 1 and 2 ranked WR in the same class? I just can’t see it happening, so I say less than 20%. I fully yield and differ to any OTF members’ opinion on this, however. Quote

Yeah, it reminds me of the 2025 high school recruiting cycle when Georgia thought they were getting both Elijah Griffin and Justus Terry, the #1 and #2 interior defensive lineman prospects in that cycle. I think Sales goes to IU. Would love to be wrong here. 2 Quote

It reminds me of that too, but coming in as a freshman is always going to be easier as a WR than a Dlinemen especially into a room with open spots available. Quote
Alex Butler Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago I’ve seen 40% from Gerry. I like those odds for us. I think we can make a big case with how we weaponize Coleman, Wingo, Moseley, Lockett, Bishop, etc this season. Plus Sark’s track record with his time at Bama! 3 Quote
Hookem72 Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Coleman and Wingo will be gone this year too freeing up a lot of NIL for Sales and Royal and to retain Bishop. 3 Quote

hookem1014 Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago I’m at a point where I’d be ecstatic if we land LWC and go at least 1 for 2 on Sales and Royal. If we get them both then it’ll be up there with the most talented class Texas has ever had. 4 Quote
VaHorn Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago I am more confident that he will commit than I am that Royal will stick. 4 1 Quote

What can he,Texas, and his agency do with his brand building and development in football and his life after football. 1 Quote

Burnt Orange Horn Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Texas has the coaches, has the education, is in a world class city, has the post football support, has the QB, has the professional scheme and hopefully has the NIL package. Sales is smart and requested Texas to recruit him. Excelsior!! 🏈🤘🏻🏈🤘🏼🏈🤘🏈🤘🏽🏈🤘🏾🏈🤘🏿🏈 1 1 Quote
InvertedYAxis Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Is it more likely we get Sales to commit to us the next couple weeks (first time through/round 1) or as a late flip (round 2/3)? 1 Quote

I think whoever gets him first will have a much easier time holding him than getting him to flip. It's not impossible to flip someone, especially of that caliber, but improbable unless IU has a disaster season or some other reason. 1 1 Quote
Jonas Peterson Posted 45 minutes ago Posted 45 minutes ago Someone posted an RPM 70% Texas yesterday. Just based on vibes? Quote
Longhornfrenzy Posted 28 minutes ago Posted 28 minutes ago Indiana mods update this morning. They feel good about Sales but Texas is making it interesting. Sounds like hedging to me 1 Quote

Hookem72 Posted 13 minutes ago Posted 13 minutes ago Only person that knows for sure is Monshun Sales and his agent. He is represented by Ascend out of Indianapolis who also represented Cole Brevard. They are also certified by the NFLPA, so they are legit. no one on this message board has a legit crystal ball or set of tea leaves that can tell you he is coming here. If he is one of Gerry’s HIs awesome, but I kind of doubt it. Quote

So covering themselves just in case it does go wrong and they can say that they warned everyone. Term used in betting a lot where you will hedge a bet with a smaller amount just in case so you don't lose entirely. 1 Quote
