My daughter was telling me that she didn’t get student tickets and she is going in to her junior year.  She got them her fr San and sophomore years.  I would think juniors would have priority.  She can sit with me, but the University needs to fix this problem.  What a joke.

She should seriously talk to Del Conte about that. He is really good about listening and responding especially to students!! She should have priority as an upperclassman. As a grad student I had priority over undergrad but I know as undergrads there was definitely a priority

Student tickets were available for quite a while, but if you’re talking about the Longhorn Foundation Ticket then I get it. I’m about a graduate student and was in queue 15 minutes before 6:00 just like the email said, but they sold out while I was still in queue. 😞

I am talking about student tickets.  She has gotten them every year but this year.  I have an extra ticket she can use, but was going to use that for other family and friends.  Students need to be taken care of, they are our future boosters.  Heck she was born 3 days before VY finally beat OU and won a national championship and passed up a full ride to the University of Miami and k go to Texas.  She literally would not let me put her to bed when she was little unless I sang The Eyes at least once!

I've been following ticket prices for some time now. Prices have not been coming down like some predicted they would. Prices have been going up. There are some season tickets for sale on Stubhub now....Perfect time to buy before these go up more. With the Ohio State game prices going up, season tickets should be the right way to go.

I know you are only looking at the Florida game, but for others, this is something you should into now.

I thought it was about Joey Maguire too, but it turns out it is  about what Maguire is not. He is not the coach of a football blue blood that sells out all its games at home and away.  

He’s a coach of a university that sells out its principles.   At least Tech has not yet stooped as low as Baylor

I understand and agree students need taken care of, but the big ticket package has been available for weeks, there’s no reason she shouldn’t have been able to get one.

Sounds like some confusion.  The Big Ticket gets access to tickets and was available at least in June. The Longhorn Foundation piece gets priority access.  The foundation piece opened today.

Basically reiterating your statements.
