Could be.  I said when players were leaving Vic’s team that hard coaching isn’t for everyone. I think the teams that win consistently don’t have soft approaches. The teams that win the coaches are hardasses.  Sark hired Muschamp for this reason. To bring a toughness to the defense. In most games last few years but in the big games we couldn’t handle Georgia.  I like TyAnthony alot.  I hope he stays with the team. Cryer was better than we thought and Atkinson is coming at a high rate of speed. Ra SHEEM is better than even advertised. Spence is tough. Rocky.  We have better depth than Ive seen at LB in a long time

Hopefully it’s not related to playing time or his competition. If it is, that’s a shame because we’ll need him. Cryer isn’t a 3 down LBer. He can’t cover to save his life.

It’s really not that deep man. Drawing a conclusion based on mods stating that it’s not disciplinary, not family related, not an injury, not a personal matter. There are 20 comments saying to get rid of him. I’m on the side of work it out and if we can. Sorry if it offends you.

I’m with you, we don’t know but he’s been a solid contributor the last 2 years and from all accounts a very hard worker. This will get sorted and he’ll be flying around with the team making plays soon hopefully. Lots of football, let’s focus on the players that did get work today and let this young man work thing out with the team and coaches.

This does not say Smith was out with the flu only that he’s out.  I interpret as different statements.
